eh um, Stars is having the exact same issue right now. I am waiting on cashouts from both sites that should be in my account today and nothing yet, although its only 7:53am....

Well it's 11:00 on the east coast and we haven't received anything yet and I'm one of the people who was the first to process(May 5th). So don't get your hopes up when the clock strikes 9.

Obv I received the same email..and no fckn $ STILL...below is a link i found (please see #186)...I have also lodged a complaint on their (kahnawake) website...it probably wont do much, but i feel i gotta give it a shot...at the very least my hopes are this puts a hurtin on those who have put one on me...

Yup one of mine was said to be processed on the 5th then 3-5 bus days. The second on the 7th. No $$ yet and I have been checking my acct online all day. Who am I kidding I have been checking it nonstop for over 3 wks.

Anyway I took them at their word and am really counting on the funds to hit my bank acct. FTP if you are listening, this is your responsibility. I did not do business with your processor I don't even know who they are. I made a transaction with you. You at least owe us the truth about the status of this late transaction. If you would have been upfront about the problems, I would not have gotten jammed up to this extent. Just make this right. These technical problems outside your control are apparently ****ing up a lot of people who are likely your most loyal. Now I have no doubt that you are doing your best to resolve this. However, this situation apparently requires more attention than you are giving. You could at least pretend to be a little more concerned.

Right now I need to know if I'm going to get the funds today like you stated in the email. If you can be straight up about that, I would appreciate it.

AFAIK if you don't see the transaction today you might as well stop checking until at least Midnight tomorrow or maybe even tomorrow morning when your bank opens

Seriously, in response to Pokerstars LEGIT pledge of the money + 20% if not in accounts tomorrow, FT better follow suit. They can't be outclassed that badly in the eCheck debacle.
So if I still don't see the funds in my bank tomorrow I am expecting (hoping) for a valid response from Full Tilt, and NO, the $300 bonus doesn't count. Nice gesture, but weak when compared to Star's response.

Step up your game Tilt and help lessen all this confusion!

Still no money for me. I originally cashed out on April 15th, heard nothing for a long time, then I received two emails last week:

Transaction 1 was processed on May 5.
Transaction 2 was processed on May 7.

Both with the 3-5 business days window.
