Dude, the funds almost always disappear, either because a shady processor steals them or because the U.S. government seizes them.

Every time withdrawals go smoothly for a while, everyone forgets (or noobs don't realize) that the entire process is very sketchy, at least in the USA.

seriously im done with ftp. after this year im moving to ps strictly. ive been a patient customer even through the horrible blackcard promo, changes in rakeback/ironman+, and this just tops it off.

i get an email saying both withdrawals have been processed. now i get this? are you kidding me ft? and of course, I have to email them after 17 days of waiting to get an update on my withdrawals?

if your going to run a poker site, damnit run it right.

ps rewards program, customer support, games selection will FAR more be greater than full tilts bs blackcard, bs rakeback, and all the other bs they have for a 'rewards program.'

$25??? LOOOL, you really topped it off this time, ft.

while unfortunate this happened, we can't entirely blame ftp in current online environment. as someone posted above, we need to plan ahead and take unforeseen circumstances into account. I appreciate that ftp will be crediting $25 for the delay.

hopefully new withdrawal will go smoothly. will update on that.

Just got the same email as posters are noting above for my 10/21. Interestingly minutes after I sent my second email, which sadly I think was a coincidence.

I am really frustrated over this. I think this refund could have likely happened weeks ago. I also have no idea what to do to get the funds to my bank (another bank transfer??) . I was very much hoping to have them this week. It's laughable as I would have gladly paid them this piss ant $25 bucks to have my money in a timely manner.

I got the same email about my withdrawal from 11/05

At least I'm getting the money back and can try again or use a different method. Somewhat annoyed by the process but happy to know what is actually going on now.

I actually got another withdrawal and it went to my bank account after 11/05 so I fairly confident bank transfer will work next time around.

I guess I should read this thread every once in a while. I'm so clueless I didn't even realize I hadn't received the money until I got the same e-mail noted above explaining the situation.

I'm guessing they switched processors as withdrawals after Nov 10th have arrived???

I understand this being really inconvenient to some folks, but as business person I understand that sometimes bad **** happens.

Personally, I'm thrilled with the $25 in 'Withdrawal-Back'. I actually would have been satisfied with $0, but I guess I'm just easy going that way.

They knew this problem existed for a while and neglected to inform us. Instead, they kept asking us to 'just wait a bit longer'. One person received emails that contradicted themselves about this issue. It is ridiculous.

I hope it works. I sent an email to ftp after my check bounced asking which withdrawal method to use and they suggested the wire transfer. I ended up using it before checking this thread.

This is the 2nd time Ive asked but didnt get a response, whats the fee for this method?

edit: Someone 2-3 posts up said its free, is that right? Pretty sweet if true. I guess it takes an MGR hit?

I understand why folks feel frustrated and think this sort of communication is 'ridiculous'. It sucks, no doubt.

Trying to walk a mile in their shoes though ... I've been in large organizations operating in very fluid working conditions. Having perfect information at any organizational level, let alone all of them, is so difficult.

And here's the catch-22 ... if they tell you what they 'think they know', folks will scream when it turns out to be something different. The best course is usually just to inform folks that your working on it, then tell them what happened afterwards.

If FullTilt ever pulls a actual 'Russ Boyd', then I agree with pulling out the pitchforks and torches.

They say for me a minimum of $250 and they do come with a larger rake back hit. This seems more reliable i will probably be trying this method.

Um, the 25$ back isn't even enough to pay for a ****ing bank wire.

My last one was ~35$

seems like full tilt has lots of reasons to refund customers recently...

first they have bots so they give you a laughable amount of money to "compensate" for what you lost after they break up the ring they've allowed to run for years..

then when i try to withdraw, my money gets held hostage for nearly a month now, so they give freaking 25 dollars to make me do it again

and now no service in the state of washington?

sounds like FT just hit an iceberg. Screw the women and children grab your life boat now

sketchy or not, if you're going to take money for deposits near instantly, you should allow withdraws to go back near instantly

the moment Full Tilt puts their logo on the cashier is the moment they assume liability

Do people forget we pay them ridiculous amounts of money in rake? You're paying for service and not receiving it, so there is every right to outrage.
