The bank wire was for less than $2k and was short $37.92.

It appears some people are being charged a fee for the Premium Bank Transfers and some are not. Does the cashout amount make a difference? What banks are people using for those that got charged a fee and for those that did NOT get charged a fee. I think the best way is to * out some of the better. Like B*** of Ame**** or, Cha**, Wel** Far***, etc.

Could people put down how much they withdrew via Premium Check. I'm going to do one in the next week or so, will keep everyone posted on this thread.
