To withdraw using the bank transfer option, are they asking for id? or is it instant approval?

I was never asked for id until my first paper check request.

I think Wednesday will have been 7 more business days as they requested so I'll be giving them yet another email about it. On the bright side they've been responding pretty quickly to my emails, but this is just silly. It's been a month now.

When was the last time someone had the money hit their bank account?

I had a withdrawal approved on 12/01 and still nothing has hit my bank today 12/09. I know it hasn't been 15 business days but last month I had several hit 3-4 days after they were approved.

Am I being paranoid or is this a sign of new trouble?

Wish I saw this thread before I posted mine....Still waiting on one that was approved on 11/17, ( took 4 days to get approved) that is a replacement transaction for a lost check that was approved on Oct. 12th , ( took 3 days to get approved) was told I will get it by the end of the week. I believe they are having problems with whoever process'es the checks and transfers for them?. Its time to hire a new company if so. To be fair to FTP, I have recieved a few 'other' cashouts with no problem and fast in this same 2 months that I have been waiting on these ones that are 'not arriving' for whatever reason.

After reading this thread, I see 3 things, a lot of un-happy customers, a lot more Happy customers than un-happy ones, and FTP always pay-up in the end one way or another, still, can't be good for their buisness if there are these kinds of issues on a regular basis. imo. GL at the tables everyone.

Last time it took over a month to get a cash out, pokerstars gave me a %10 bonus in my account. I hope an FTP employee is reading this thread and tries to do the same for us , or any new players debating which site to put there money on keep in mind pokerstars has much better customer service and will compensate you for lengthy cashouts. I will update when I receive.

Withdrawal on 12/1.
Approval instantly.
Still no funds in bank as of 12/10.

Last month my withdrawal took five business days to make it to bank.

Jesus, what the heck is going on?

This isn't good. My withdrawal from 11/14 still hasn't come in. I've now gone well past the 15 business days, as well as a 7 business day extension they requested a while back. So I emailed them today stating my frustration and requesting an update. It's now turned into some vague promise of the funds will hit your account soon, and we're doing everything we can to expedite the process.

And again no form of compensation offered for this at all which is pretty much foolish imo. They seriously need to shape up. I really like playing on Full Tilt, but with the new year about to come Stars is looking mighty tempting. At least they've been quick to respond to my emails, and it's always been from somebody with good english who actually read what I wrote. If I got a form letter from Anand, I'd have already left.
