Come on full tilt, this persona has been super patient. I would be ****** pissed by now. I've seen suchsickaments make a post here and there but to no avail. He has even asked for Sean's help, did you get that?

5 weeks for a wire is not cool. The money should at least be in your account...like a few weeks ago. This is asinine.

This is the last email I got..

Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support.

Unfortunately we have not received any update from our processor, as soon as we receive an update from our processor, we'll contact you.

All withdrawals requested using the correct banking information will either be deposited to your bank account or returned to your Full Tilt Poker account once our processor has concluded their assessment.

Rest assured your money is safe and once they have come back to us we will contact you ASAP. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

We appreciate your patience, and if there's anything else we can help you with, please let us know. We're always here to help.

So I guess all I really can do is wait..apparently they do not have control of my money after it has been sent to the processor. Really hope I can get it at least deposited back in to my account by this week.

Hell, maybe they will throw me a bone, like an ftops or mini ftops tournament ticket

Holy hell this has me very worried now. I recently requested a wire to that unmentionable bank that is supposedly blocking all wires now (wish I had read the latest posts in this thread first). I emailed Full Tilt and asked to cancel the transfer and was told that it had already been processed and is now in the processors hands. Requested 4/28 so it hasn't been 5 business days yet...we shall see...

I'm sure this has been answered numerous times but I haven't found the answer.

If I wire out $20,000 as a cashout by emailing support and going through that process, there is a small fee ($18) taken out. But what is the MGR hit / how much gets taken out of my 27% rakeback on FTP?

If the processing fee deduction is $18, then you receive an $18 hit to your MGR.

If your MGR was $100 without the deduction, it would now be $82.

Your rakeback is now 27% *$82 instead of 27% * $100

so it's about $4 or whatever per $20,000...

Requested Friday 4/30, still have not received as of today. FTP advised me to email them if I haven't received the money by today, so I will contact them. $10k of my money is stuck somewhere in banonlinpokerland.

I assume that the recent problems posted about my specific bank are part of the reason for the delay.

I just want to mention that I've talked to this player as recently as yesterday and he still is in the same position (as recent as yesterday, something could have changed in 24 hours)

He said he would be ok with having the money returned to his full tilt account but seems to be stuck in no where land as FTP has stated they are "waiting to hear from their processor on this". He has already provided his bank statement and such and seems to just be stuck.

I would hope that no player should be in limbo this long and I would especially hate to think it's because this player has not made much fuss about it. So, here's me posting for him in hopes that it gets some grease in the wheels and something, anything, happens so that this situations can be resolved.

Just want to add that all roads seem to lead to that link I posted where the guy shared processor info with a Ch@se official. It's really too much coincidence and I have not seen any problems with any other banks regarding wires. I'm posting this for the people that think it's silly to be discreet. Here we have a case where the cause and affect has affected more then just the person involved.

Please, please, please guys be as responsible as you can and if you ever hit a snag simply change banks or withdraw methods. If you ever need any ideas of a different way to withdraw you are welcome to PM me.

Sigh, I have Ch. Tried to do a premium wire last night that auto-rejected, so I guess full tilt recognizes the routing or account number is for a Ch account and doesn't even let it try at this point. Super ******ed.

Same here. My unmentionable bank is the same as yours. I stumbled across that thread about the jackhole who outed the processor merely hours after I submitted my transfer request. What a moron. He had literally nothing to gain from doing that, and little to lose from keeping his mouth shut. It looks like I am in for a wait for my $10k as well, all because some twit opened his yap.

So it will go until SuperBarney saves the day.

I can get checks i guess, but requesting a ton of checks is really really annoying.

According to FTP, there is no mgr hit for the kind of wire I use... I just got that in a personalized email back from them (i.e not a form email).

Cool story, but do expect around a hundred dollars in fees taken by intermediary banks.

Either way a very small price to pay considering all facts. One day maybe it will be completely free, if our Government ever decides to stop making everything we do their business.

Here's the bank wire thread for ftp by the way http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/28...-wires-524930/ lots of info in there, oh and don't try to initiate a wire to Ch@se bank at the moment.

Although I think they use a different processor for the ones you email them for rather then the "premium" wire so those may not be affected.

highly doubt it, even though they said it, doesn't mean it's true

Finally received my money back as of earlier today. The money was deposited back into my full tilt account.

They said the reasoning was that "Your Bank Wire request from March 30th was returned by your banking institution because the transfer information was invalid."

Which is BS because I had used the same option a couple months before. I bank with Chaze so hopefully this does not mean they won't accept any wires for me anymore

They don't send to ch@se anymore suchsikaments. I posted about a page or maybe two back about what may be the cause, but afaik no ch@se wires are going through and many people in this thread alone have had their ch@se wire request returned.

You may want to get another bank account or use another option but don't initiate another wire to ch@se as it will not go through.

EDIT: here http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/28...ctions-752159/ wires to Ch2se have been unsuccessful since that thread, witch may or may not be related but all other banks seem to be able to receive.

sounds lame

what are my options then for withdrawing while banking with them? will bank transfers still work? (the ones with $950 max)

will they still accept checks?

Both of those seem to be fine, and pretty quick lately. You could also just open an account at another bank, use the person to person transfer thread, and a few other options that I'd rather not post.

Your best bet is just opening another bank account.

I also use that bank. My wire was rejected as well, and the funds have been returned to my FTP account yesterday.

Looks like Ch@@see is no longer a valid banking option. That sucks.
