Does anybody else find them to be useless at responding to your queries. I e-mailed them 30 hours ago, yes 30 hours. I recieved the usual acknowledgement message but got no reply. I have since e-mailed them asking why i have not been responded to and again i got the same response but no actual information.
Tilts me bad

submitted a deposit limit increase request like a week ago, no movement at all... any idea how long this usually takes? (i have a verified account that's deposited using e-checks successfully for many months)

Been 8 days for me now, no response. I emailed them one follow up 3 days after the orig just to make sure I didn't get lost in the fray, no reply as of yet.

They did send an email telling me that they were experiencing a high volume of emails at this time and would get to me soon, but 8+ days now is just really bad business practice.

8 days,seriously...

It took them a few days to get back to me about getting my hand histories since Oct of '08 but they did sooooo. That's my positive FT support story.

Can a Mod change the title of this thread to "FTP emails" or similar so that we can track how long it is taking them to respond a la the FTP checks and FTP bank transfer threads?

Guys,

I just want to say that I have been contacted by a FTP rep, and he is going to help me with my situation.

I truly believe that 8 days for an email response means that my communications were lost along the way at some point. I don't believe that FTP normally takes this long. In fact I have noticed IMPROVEMENTS in their CS dept in the last few months and actually have mentioned it on this forum.

Anyway I'm glad that it looks like my issue will be resolved. I will keep this thread updated.

The rep that Pm'ed me was a pleasant surprise, and he helped me get a response from support. Unfortunately from their reply, witch was very well worded and offered an apology, it did not address my concern that I emailed them with.

I am sure this will be worked through, they truly seem to be doing their best. With that said, they really seem behind and almost confused as to where they are at anymore. I'm sure they were inundated with emails since the update and they just seem unorganized and simply unable to handle the volume anymore.

Their support has been getting better in the past few months, but anytime there is a spike in emails this seems to happen. It sounds like they may just need more support rep's and a better system/organization for times like these. It's unfortunate because FTP really has a lot going for them and it is my favorite site and only site for that fact that I play at.

I just hope then can work on support. I had no idea it was hard to find good help in Ireland, as I'm guessing that is the only reason they are not up to par yet. I can't imagine they don't want to fix the support issues, I think they are just having trouble finding good help.
