Ok. ill try to explain this part more detailed.

Iam citizen of Russia.Can deposit and withdraw. I moved to live in Thiland till the next summer. There r a lot of poker players in Pattaya.
I used to withdraw on Webmoney in Russia. It was very convenient to change Webmoney on cash in Russia. But in Thailand -Webmoney almost useless.
So i went in local bank(Kamsikorn). Opened account and attached it to moneybokers. Then i tried to attach moneybookers to FullTilt. But its impossible to make it from Thailand. U can play from Thailand, but u cant deposit from here.
So i called my wifes brother. And under my supervision(i gave him security key only for one session), he logon, made small deposit from MB and logout..
He didnt play. He was just my hands in Russia. So i didint broke any rules.

simplest way would have been to do a teamviewer session with your wifes brothers computer. Then you can type your own password in, use one of your throwaway rsa numbers and haven't handed control of your account or passwords to a third person. then do your deposit and end the session. possibly informing FTP by email beforehand that that is what you are planning to do. Hindsight is always spot on though.

it doesnt seems to be a problem at all. All they wanted is confirmation of my ID.

I played more then 26 000 tourneys on FT. And they treat me like an unimportant customer.... Iam still polity, but its getting very hard to be so....

I'm pretty sure that if you email them 57 more times that should take care of it. So try that. Sometimes they blow off the first 86 emails and don't really think the customer's issue is serious until the 87th time. I'm surprised you haven't tried this already.
