This is not another FTP bashing thread.

I am posting this to say MANY thanks to FTPSean. I had an issue with my account on FTP which in no way was even getting close to getting resolved dealing with customer service at FTP. I had bank statements showing instant ECheck transactions with FTP. FTP was insistent in keeping my account locked because of a "bounced" echeck deposit, when in reality the deposit had been paid in early November.

After several e mails from December 8 until about 3 days ago I had no luck dealing with FTP. They insisted the check was not paid even though my bank statements proved otherwise. Long story short, I sent FTPSean a pm with all the emails correspondence with FTP.

Sean, you are number 1 in my book. Sean dealt with the issue and I am happy to say the problem was rectified 100%.

I have never personally met you Sean but if you're in Vegas during the 2010 WSOP I will look you up and give you a personal thank you.

Once again, thanks a million!

Yeah he's a great guy. Has helped me out several times with issues that just weren't getting resolved through customer service.
