Ive been reading about echeck, and Ive been wondering what FTP is gonna do if they roll it out to every1, even new ppl, since they dont come after ppl for bad echeck deposits.

pretty sure they go after people...
someone transferred money to my account for traded stars/ftp money and their deposit was a bad echeck at full tilt. So they froze my account until I could prove that I wasn't in collusion with this person for check fraud and apparently used every resource they had to recover funds from that person.. ie. close account until paid/debt collectors/3rd party, etc.
I learned to only accept transfers from people that I trust and know will be in good standing.
