FTP checks thread - Page 227 - Internet Poker

Just got the standard e-mail advising me to stop payment. Gonna give it till Monday as hopefully they can look into it and figure out what's going on before going through the whole process which could take up to another month or more (6-9bd to return funds/up to 15bd to receive again) since it doesn't seem to be isolated incident.

I just received an email reply for Full Tilt:

But he seems to think I'm attempting a wire transfer. I am attempting to be paid by check as always, so I've never provided any bank account info.

Anyway, I attempt another withdrawal, and receive an INSTA-DECLINE. I really have no idea how to get my money out of there now. There is only email to cashier@fulltiltpoker.com that I know of... is there a phone number I can call?

Approved on Sept 1, mail came today the 20th and still no check.

I sent Full Tilt an email a few days ago and they replied that if I dont get it today then to shoot them back an email. Just sent them that email and am waiting on reply. I live in Iowa and will update.

Live in Michigan, Approved on Aug 27th got my check today on 20th. This was the 15th business day since labor day didn't count, and i was thinking about emailing FTP and cancelling the check since other people had done it, but happy i didn't. Godspeed to all others waiting on checks.

Got my 8/25 check today on the 17th bd. Glad I decided to wait a couple more days before stopping payment. Was just about to do so too after checking the mail today.

deposited (2) checks on the 14th and on 9/20 those checks bounced!? I was charged 20$ fee for a non-eligible check wtf is thisssss.

I withdrew $2,300 on 8/23, received my check and deposited it on 09/09. On 09/14 it bounced with my online statement saying "refer to maker"

Just emailed Full Tilt and I will be contacting my bank later today. Anyone dealt with a similar situation? This is ridiculous.

Wow. I'm glad I e-mailed Full Tilt yesterday to confirm that my check was still good now after 17bd. Of course more than 24 hours later, they still haven't replied.

checks requested 8/26, 9/8, and 9/14

none have arrived

put in request for stop payment on 8/26 check on 9/19, still hasn't been processed

i've actually lost count of how many checks i've had to stop this year

I have had two checks, one on 8/31 and 9/8 and neither have arrived. Just sent them an E-mail.

What exactly is the process with requesting to "stop payment"? Is the idea that the check never went through on their end (even though it says "approved"...) and you have to stop it, get it re-deposited, and then request another one?
