Please note, Bank Transfer withdrawals are only available to checking accounts.
Bank Transfer withdrawals are limited to one request per day and three per week
for amounts between $100 and $950. If you would like to withdraw an amount
outside these limits, please create an account with one of our alternative
payment processors.

But he seems to think I'm attempting a wire transfer. I am attempting to be paid by check as always, so I've never provided any bank account info.
Anyway, I attempt another withdrawal, and receive an INSTA-DECLINE. I really have no idea how to get my money out of there now. There is only email to
cashier@fulltiltpoker.com that I know of... is there a phone number I can call?
