If they can not server the USA market adequately, then they should pull out. As I said before, stars has found a decent processor, si they are out there.

Then tell me why Check request on May 18, from Tilt did not arrive, but Check request on June 5th from stars came within one week.

Ignoring my emails is unacceptable. If they cant find a decent processor, then they should leave the market.

I e-mailed them so we'll see what joke of a response they come up with. 10k of my money is floating around somewhere and it pisses me off. I've been playing 3-5k hands a day at midstakes which is a decent amount of rake and I threatned playing exclusively at starts but i doubt they give a crap.

Not necessaryily, they keep backup vendors and tend to pay higher for their services. They are the number 1 site by numbers per pokerscount, and I don't see people posting where is my Stars check currently.

the problem is simple they will not pay top dollar for a good processor which in the long run is going to hurt them. It is now 10 business days for me and still no check. This is pathetic.

It is odd to me why these "Where's my FTP check?" threads get more input than the "Where's my Stars check?" threads. I thought they used the same processor. Anyway, it is very hit and miss for me with Stars checks. I'm running right around 50% for the last 3 months. They have cancelled over 5 checks for me which I never received, two just recently.

After some back and forth i recieved this e-mail... I'm calling [censored]. There is no way USPS takes 15 business days for delivery.

i'm also waiting for my 5k check which was "approved" on the 12th - 17 days counting weekends.

17 days did you send them an email what did they say

i just sent an email, technically it hasn't been 15 business days, but not feeling good about this. i'll post an update when i get more info.

here is the response i got and this is after i wrote a long letter to them telling them not to give me the standard BS 15 day wait period.

We've reviewed your email and will do all we can to resolve your issue.

Because our check processing is handled by a third-party processor, we
will not be able to provide an answer for you right at this moment. Rest
assured, we are looking into your situation and will reply as soon as we
have more information. It may take up to 2 business days for us to
collect all of the necessary details about your check.

I’m sorry I’m not able to provide much new information, but I will give you as much as I have regarding this issue.

We just found out that for a brief period earlier this month, our check processor was unable to issue checks. That resulted in longer than average wait times for players who requested a cash-out via check.

After examining the situation, the issue was rectified. I confirmed yesterday that all delayed checks have been shipped. Your check should be arriving this time next week, or the beginning of the following week at the latest. We apologize for the inconvenience these delays may have caused you, and are working to mitigate the impact to our players when we experience processor difficulties.

The majority of our players who request a cash-out via check receive them in a timely manner. Many of our players receive their checks within a week and most receive their check in less than 15 business days.

We understand that in this difficult climate it is more important than ever to have safe, effective and timely methods of deposit and withdrawal for our players. I can’t say much about it right now, but we are currently testing several new payment processing options that I think you guys will really like.

THANKS SEAN FOR SOME INFORMATION !!!!! IT is greatly appreciated and i can live with that and i think you should tell them up top to be honest.

So, when FTP support said something like "I can also verify that your check was mailed on June 19th" (upthread) does that mean support was lying to the player? Or does that mean your check processor was lying to you and support was just passing on bogus information?

i am happy that you addressed this thread directly and put some honest explanation behind the problem. this still does not resolve the problem of claiming that mail delivery can take up to 11 business days. this is simply untrue.

ftp needs to be honest with its players and take responsibility for the severe delays players are experiencing right now. we appreciate the efforts you are taking to secure reliable processors, but please, do not mislead us.

tell us what is going on and don't assign responsibility for massive, unpredictable delays to one of the most reliable businesses in the world. in my whole life i can only recall once something being lost in the mail and i cannot recall even one time that anything that has been sent in the continental US to me took longer than one business week.

let's get real. the mail doesn't take that long. full tilt just needs to get its [censored] together with sending checks promptly.

Hate to say it but I just don't see how that can't be a lie. And I think that's what has frustrated us the most. When as a customer you have concerns and inquire about something, and the reply from support basically makes you sound like an impatient idiot, that's a problem. Completely unacceptable. We're not stupid. If you tell me my check went out two weeks ago, if it's not in my mailbox, I can tell you that it's not coming. The 15 day stuff is a load of garbage.
