Rename the cash game types to reflect their true nature

deep stack -> normal
normal -> short stack

The notion that a table where you can buy in for 50bb is deep is pretty ridiculous. So is the notion that buying in for 20bb is normal.

Doug, I heard there is a not too distant possibility of creating a program that rewards your highest volume players much like something Stars has put together for SNE.

I am on the verge of putting in massive amounts of volume soon and was wondering if you knew when this was going to take place or if you can give us ANY kind of details about this whatsoever? I hate Stars software, it looks like ****, and I love Full Tilt, help me out here, thanks!

Currently, on ante tables, the [ ] post blind box is replaced with [ ] Ante. However, a lot of us would like to continue to post the ante until the big blind reaches us, and then sit out. Right now, there is no easy way to do that. Right now, you have to uncheck [ ] Ante, and then manually post the ante until the big blind reaches you. Please make a box that automatically does this for us. Thanks.

FTP Academy:
1.) Why is the $75 token 3.5 times as many (17,500) points as the $26 token (5,000) when 75 is 2.88 times as many as 26?
2.) Please add more challenges we can complete at 6max nlhe cash games. I have 8,000 points and I'm out of ones I can do.
3.) If I never have to listen to that damn challenge intro spiel ("This is a Full Tilt Poker Academy challenge, blah, blah") it will be too soon.

Everytime I take a note and hit "Enter", it saves the note and minbets !

I'm getting OOP min-3betting J3off for 8BB all day !

Please fix this.

And maybe add $$$ bonuses in fulltilt store like FTPA store or iron man store ?
