Subject: I'm coming back! A few questions.
Hey guys,
I've played mainly on fulltiltpoker in the recent past after mostly
playing at Pokerstars for the better part of 2008.
I am however very unhappy with Fulltiltpoker, especially with their lack
of account security and more and more "my FTP account has been hacked"
threads appearing on the 2+2 forums.
I know you guys have that RSA token available but I believe it'll cost
some FPP's.
First question: How many FPPs will that token cost and how many hands at
100NL 6max will I have to play approximately to get these points? (I'm
bronze star right now obv)
Second and most important question: On FTP it is possible to log into my
account from a different location while the user is actually logged in
himself (a popup will appear asking if you want to grant permission for
someone else to log on)
For that reason I had my FTP client running 24/7 and also had to
purchase a third party software called FullTiltShortcuts, an AHK script
that, among other things, auto-denies the foreign log in request popup.
So until I get my RSA token I plan on having my account to stay logged in 24/7. Is it possible at pokerstars to log on to my account from a
foreign computer WHILE I AM LOGGED IN MYSELF? IF yes, is there a third
party software that prevents that?
Thanks in advance and once my funds clear from FTP cashout onto my
NEteller account I'm looking forward to come back to the only site in
the business that seems to care about their customer's accounts security.
Best Regards,

P.S. I've seen threads on 2+2 in which ppl posted emails where you guys
compose Haikus for your customers. What about a "welcome back" Haiku for
me?
--------------------------------------------------------
Hello [MY NAME],
Thank you for your email.
While I have forwarded your questions to the department responsible for
these issues, I have decided to take on the heavy duty of composing a haiku
to welcome you back myself.
In the dead of night
wild clicks on 'do not allow'
[MY NAME] sighs sadly
Present in his dreams
is a world where miscreants
do not steal your cash
the smell of roses
brings a legend, mythical
but real, PokerStars!
[MY NAME] is content
nights spent in restful dreaming
tournaments await
I hope this will convince you that you are in fact welcome here.
Have fun at PokerStars and if there is anything else we can do for you,
please do not hesitate to contact us.
