I have tried every possible avenue open to contact FTP yet I am getting no replies, not even a form reply

I have contacted FTP Doug and FTP sean directly via email and via PM

Nothing.

How can this be nothing but totally unprofessional to totally ignore your customers at a time like this.

FTP, you are on the clock now. PS has started refunding their players and as of this writing, nothing from you guys...deafening silence.

No point in hiding or avoiding the issue since it's pretty much at the point of no return. If you do not have the ability to refund us our money, SAY SO NOW so I can go on with my live and not have to check in here every day wondering when I will get my money back.

Obviously, with blessing of the DOJ, Stars has had no problem arranging payouts.

If the US players don't pay someone else have to = European players (most likely in one form or another)

Also the fine will go towards US. I see no logic in letting european poker players paying a fine towards US government. Which may happen in form of less bonuses and less commercial which equals less fish.

Of course I believe it is wrong to let the US players pay for the governments greed. But it is YOUR government!

Casper - Stars have, for the most part, been paying out Europeans in an orderly fashion and mostly without any problem. Full Tilt have not.

Again, how about some patience. This was kind of an unexpected thing for these companies to run into. When this first happened, I thought I'd see my money years down the road. To get it back in a matter of weeks is pretty impressive.

Your missing the point. If there is a difference that is legitimately causing a hold up or any sort of issue that's fine. So come to the THREAD THAT YOU MADE CALLED "ANSWERS" and tell us that. Give us an answer, give us something, let us know your even reading this thread, let us know you even exist.

It's the complete silence and lack of communication that's the problem.

I seriously feel that making a thread like this then completely ignoring everyone who gravitates toward it looking for some sort of explanations is worse and causes more fear and tension than simply not making the thread at all.

Seriously, it's been 10 days since this started. I'm annoyed to at the lack of communication but complaining like this will not get you answers.

I don't think it's anything alarming that FTP hasn't posted any replies in this thread, since they never do that in "answers" threads. I wish they would of course, but these monthly "answers" threads don't get replied to until the next answers thread. This thread likely wasn't started because of black friday even though FTPDoug addressed a few BF-related issues in the OP.

Well, then what can get us answers, I dare to ask?

Seriously dude, this thread should have been meant to be a channel through which FT can communicate with its customers. Or so they thought. Yet no news from FT, no interim report, no tentative policies, no nothing. Sure, it's "only" been 10 days since this started and most of us understand that it may be hard for them to find the way out during such a short time span, but at least they should have let us know where they think this is going, what we should expect, and what is happening now.

And as far as their money is concerned, you can't really blame FT customers for being impatient. Come on, some people might have 50k locked up in their account. What, are you just gonna say that "don't you worry about a thing dude, it's all gonna be safe and they will pay it back to you?" What if your money was locked up that way?

We are longing for hearing ANY news from FT. Any update/answer from FT and we would have been much less impatient. But they have failed to provide any.
