Is there a number I can call to actually get a response from support? My account is locked.

Occasionally when multi-tabling something happens where I lose the first table in the action line (normally I misclick something, or I am messing around in spadeeye, or something). This can be kind of disastrous cause I might be in a big pot but I can't find the right table, and even when it's not disastrous it's a pain in the ass as I time out of a bunch of tables. Is there a way to bring the first table back to the front once you've lost it?

I am trying to figure out why I can;t make a withdrawal. THe two options that come up are bank transfer and check. WHen I try and do a bank transfer, it says they are not processing them. Next to check withdrawal, there isn't even a "Select" button.

I emailed FTP 12 hours ago but haven't heard anything. Anyone have ideas?

I stack all of my tables on top of each other and have found that the table I am looking for is always the second in the stack. Try moving the top table over a bit and clicking the one below it.

I think you're going to have to wait to hear back from support. There's no secret way to click check. I have a check button.

Any one else feeling really sketchy about playing on FTP recently? A bunch of people getting their accounts closed for seemingly no reason and no response from support for long periods of time. The whole thing with Tableratings, SpadeEye, and Datamining. From all the posted e-mails and the EULA it's super vague. I just want a Yes/No answer on the whole thing. Oh and cash game filters plz!

How about the ability to keep a list of [future] tournaments you might be interested in playing in, and getting a notification (email or SMS, within the software client itself, or otherwise) as to when they are coming up?

At a minimum I'd like to be able to "mark" tournaments I might want to play in without having to write down tournament IDs and track what time they start.

PSA:

I got a phishing email regarding my gmail account. A bunch of FTP accounts have been hacked recently by gaining access to the person's gmail and then asking FTP to reset the password.

Click the learn more link in the Check option. You cannot request check payout unless your account has been verified. Follow the instructions to get cleared for check cashouts. I followed the instructions Saturday and got notification this morning I was all set.

Why are the nl cap games capped at 30 bb and the plo games are 40 bb? Can you get the nl cap up to 40bb so its a bit deeper? It would make all the difference and Id actually play them. 30 bb is just to shallow to make it worth it.

Terrible idea. If you think about it for two seconds, you'll realize why the PLO cap is higher.

It's really time for a new thread. Although, all of the issues of the last month notwithstanding, if a cash game filter isn't ready I'm sure there will be just as much backlash as usual.

I like the new spam monitor, but theres a problem. I was 5 tabling the other day and chatting and I got a chat ban for 2 minutes. I suppose the software thought I was spamming since I simultaneously sent messages to 5 people. Can this be fixed? Oh yeah and turn off doomswitch thanx

Terrible idea? wat? Obv. there's a reason the PLO cap is higher, but there's no reason the NLHE cap shouldn't be more than 30bbs.

That's no kind of argument. I could just say, "there's no reason the NLHE cap should be 40bbs." It's just a matter of personal preference. I happen to prefer 30, because it differentiates the cap games from the regular buy-in games more. But, yet, it's still a game of skill and subtlety, which wouldn't be the case if it were, say, a 10bb cap.

I'll go out on a limb here and say that I think all NL games should be cap games.

Why do I have to make ironman elections every month? (Ie opting out of showing ironman chip). Can you just carry forward the previous months' elections?

When will FTP add Double or Nothing SNGs??? Far more people would play the DoN SNGs than they would play the Matrix SNGs.
