FT crashed twice in the last year for me, maybe some compatibility issues...

used to crash all the time for me until i finally broke down and bought a halfway decent computer. now it never crashes.

on the flip side Stars never crashed, even on my old crapbox.

I really don't understand how ftp can have such clunky software compared to almost every other site, especially for being the 2nd biggest site out there.

My ftp has crashed only once but the server's also shut down several times for all players and the way tables pop up or stay open when you get moved and other times close when you get moved makes for a very inconsistent and frustrating piece of software.

How about an option for cash game chip counts in big blinds instead of dollars?

That way one can play multiple stakes without getting confused.

That's just the thing - some users never have this problem, and there seems to be no common thread anongst those that do have it. I bought a top-of-the line PC 18 months ago, have since upgraded the memory and chip set and installed Windows 7, and am beyond anal about software upgrades and comptuer security. It is very unlikely that my PC is the problem; it is much more likely that the FTP client was designed by Crashy McCrasherson.

No problem here either. It may have crashed once in the last year. I've even switched to a new computer in December and went from XP to windows 7. No noticeable issues after the switch.

Very odd that people are having frequent problems. I had no idea.

What the *** is going on at full tilt, i just deposited £50 to play rush poker, I am already registered and have deposited before no problems, now im being told 24 48 hours to deposit,...I ll be in ****** work in 48 hours thats why I want to play now...disgrace

used to crash all the time for me but i was playing on an old laptop that had .5 gb RAM.
I bought a new laptop that has 4 GB RAM like 2 weeks ago and it has only crashed once since.

Hi,
I have a problem with the FT software.
The first time I log in after I installed it, it runs well. But when I log in again, all text in the graphic boxes has disapeared.
What the heck is that?

My System is:
Windows Vista 32bit, FireFox Browser, 4gb RAM, high end processor.

Please help me. I want to play but its hard with this issue :-(

They have the occasional bonus, but it's not usually tied to a deposit. You always have to "opt in" to a bonus at FT.

Ho, hum. Crash, lag again this morning. Oh, yeah, big surprise: I was on the bubble of a SNG. I mean, 90 percent of my crashes and lags happen on the bubble. Probably just bad luck, but, WTF, it shouldn't crash or lag at all, let alone when I have a chance to win some money for once.
