There is so many exciting things coursing through my brain as I write this so to avoid people skimming I'm going to just state the points of what I'm trying to accomplish this and what I'm looking for.

First let me state: I am professional gamer, there is no other way to describe me. This being said, the idea of having an exclusive "club,clan,org,whatever" where members can have access to the forums where one can pose a question to the other members and rest assured they must not sort through trash responses and trollers.

ALL THE BEING SAID, THIS IS WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR/NEED

1) winning PokerStars players. What does this mean? A winning player according to us is a player able to make enough $ per month to cover all living expenses and can demonstrate this over a MINIMAL 100,000 hands

2) There will be a small exception or two to rule number 1 in the case they already possess a Ventrillo,Teamspeak,etc service that can hold a fair amount of people for a clan and/or the ability to create,design,monitor a website. In the case that I can not find anyone to fill these slots I have no problem seeking professional services at the expense of $, however I thought it would be unfair not to offer this to some talented person out there.

3) Community is everything else below requirement #1 to enter. You can be as talented as durrr but if you lack the manners and matureness to be in an environment like ours, then we have little interest in you.

4) Because this is a selective group of poker players/access/knowledge and not a group looking to boast about its numbers. Because of this I also encourage members of other sites as well as PokerStars to PM me IN DETAIL about membership requests (this is for the case that I hardly get any responses and I'm not about to turn away people meeting these requirements if our numbers are too small.

5) I emailed PokerStars support for a suggest for clan name and avatar. The name they suggested was "A Policeman Symphony", however I'm not the biggest fan of this, and so the name COULD be this if it turns out to be liked, however I'll also be asking members for suggestions as we get the website up and underway.

Can we all use the same avatars too??? You think Stars might even let us all change our names to have some sort of cool clan prefix? Like I could be: "[PKR]xx__RAMPAGE__xx" This is going to be so cool! Do we all exchange pictures to so we can see what everybody else looks like? omg om gomg

But, I'm only in if we can get a real clan name. We need some nice and cool, but also mysterious and intimidating. Like I recommend: "Lords of Darkness", or maybe "Legion of Shadow Knights."

Serious question because I am kind of intrigued: What exactly is the point of being in a poker clan? I mean videogamers do it to have others with which to hang out and play, to compete against other clans, etc. What would be point or the pros/cons of this in poker?

clans are totally cool for teamplay games like. Q3, counterstrike, WOW, Runescape, Super smash bros, Halo, GOW or w/e.
