The cut and paste of the messages i sent tells the story so i wont repeat it.
I have received zero response from them at all.

I kept getting a message "unable to join the selected game".
It appears the entry fee was taken, but i couldnt get in the tournament.
My internet connection was fine, was playing simultaniously on another site.

I'm sure your records will show i was unable to load the tournament and didnt play a hand. Please review this error and refund my entry fee at your earliest convenience.

Please review the original message attached below and follow through with a remedy to this situation.
Also, for your information, a similar situation occurred after i registered for the Sunday August 24, 2011 100K guarantee tournament. After approximately 5 minutes, the table page loaded and i was able to play.
It was not because the software was waiting for a seat, as i could see players being eliminated and joining on the tournament lobby page.

I am extremely disappointed with the contempt, dishonor and lack of customer service FeltStars has provided.
If i do not receive resolution within 24hrs (16:00 Eastern time, Tuesday September 6, 2011) I will post this on every poker forum including the very popular 2+2 forum and make every attempt to further spoil the reputation of your company.
