I was planning on withdrawing some money a week ago on Europoker and in the past I was always able to choose between a douzen of withdraw options. Skrill, Neteller, bank wire etc. I always used Skrill and I got my money pretty fast. Right now they have removed all of them except the bank wire transfer. I contacted support about why they had removed all of the other ones and it was because they had split with casinoroom.com. They did not know when they would be offering Skrill again in the future. So I just put in this bank wire withdraw a week ago but nothing is in yet. Also in my account there is no history of this pending withdraw or anything nor am I able to get in contact with their support. While they had great support that you could contact in any possible way it seems those are gone along with the withdraw options.

Did anyone get their money already through this bankwire or should I be worried the way this is looking right now already?

Now, Skrill is back, Neteller should be ready within 24 hours and Paysafe is back too. We have sofort and some other will come very soon. We work hard to put everything in place ASAP but our team is small, so the ressources are limited and we can only integrate one plateforme at a time.

The problem of cash out paid in 2 times came from the bank limitation, which doesn't exist anymore as we use a professional service to make sure we can transfer money anytime. We also can pay on skrill, soon on neteller so it will be even faster and simplier, like before.

All the team is dedicated to the players and of course, there is no problem of liquidity as some players could assume. We have the liabilities of all your accounts in our french bank, the same than the .fr. french banks are the most secured banks in the world in terms of money management (the money is guarantee much better than in any other bank in the world).

I think Europoker removed all withdraw option. Im waiting for cashout 2 weeks and nothing,Support answers /we are sorry for the delay,we contacted the financed deparment in Paris/ and still nothing.Qnly we are sorry and you must to wait for answer from Paris,and i still havent received my money yet

Yeah, contacting finance department/cashier manager is a common excusation for not having the money. Sadly as it is.

Edit: And why is 'official Europoker' banned?

They had a Facebook page telling everybody to calm down and that they would come back online on Dec 15th, but the facebook page has been removed. Anybody that can tell me what to do now since I do not expect any answers from Europoker.

Also waiting for a withdrawal come throufh since beginning of the month. Can't say I'm too optimistic about this any more.

Anyone got any news? I have been waiting for a withdrawal for over 3 months. What I got from google is only in french, but I think it says something about their licence.

Got email from them late December I think, asking for some details of my latest withdrawal. They said it was to speed up the payments. No sign of monies yet.

this is unbelievable, this europoker is rubbish, they had wroten in they page of internet they would join in other skin in the middle of dicember, after that they changed to the middle of january, and we are in february and and we can not do anything with it, and in all this period of time we can do any cash out or anythig, with our money, we can not log in it. UNBLIEVABLE.
