I have an idea for a website where you type in stuff, say poker rooms licensed in EU, and you get like links and stuff that you can check out. I think it has potential.

I was able to find only 2 websites, both out of date and listing only party poker, ladbrokes, betfair and a bunch of small casinos I never heard of.

Unfortunately, there were over 750 hands in this tournament and we do not have the resources to look through each of them for the hand in question.

Due to the huge amount of volume please appreciate that it is impossible for us to attach the information in the email. Hence to why you have an option to save all hand history.
With that said if there is a particular hand ID, we will be more than happy to provide you with that hand history.
not ez to save anything or know the hand ID when disconnected..

Unfortunately PS and FT don't fall under the taxfree rules for most europeans.

The first one of these who relocates and fixes this "problem" will undoubtly increase traffic.

I know a bunch of losing/break even players who still only play at smaller taxfree sites because of a small chance they might hit it big but don't want to tax it.

PokerTime (Prima) is licensed in Gibraltar, and I think Eurolinx is licensed in Malta.

All of the Cryptologic skins are licensed in the EU, and most of them are reputable.

Fortune Poker and Poker Heaven (IPN) are licensed in Malta and Gibraltar respectively. Don't know about Celeb Poker.

Pacific Poker is licensed in Gibraltar.

Mansion is licensed in Gibraltar.

And there are probably lots and lots of other sites that are licensed in the EU as well.

why shady?

I play mostly ipoker, but little party and PS and use moneybookers for transfering money to my bank account. Is there any way for the inspection to know if the money was won on party or on other EU non-licensed casino?

why only those 3 skins on ipoker are tax free? Is it up to date? f.e. NoIQ is regulated by Flopgroup Ltd, Malta (EU) and TonyG by Fastengine Limited, Cyprus

It is up to date.

Flopgroup does not have a Class 3 license (poker) in malta.

There are several examples of sites where the cooperation is regulated within Europe, but not their individual platforms.

The important thing is where the poker-part is: FULLY regulated, licensed and paying taxes to.

And not every Crypto-skin are fully licensed within EU, but most are.
