I think this is the link for it. But don't know how it isn't a scam and what they could actually do.

Has to be a scam or Full Flush created it themselves. The site looks like a 5 year old made it.

Noticed something interesting in an email I just received from Full Flush. They said the following:

Quote:
Previous Management left a long list of pending payments to be processed and between affiliates and players we have paid around $800,000 in last four months.
Thought it was interesting that they included the word "affiliates" rather than just saying players.
There has been almost zero activity in this thread for months save for the odd $300 MG here and there so either the quote is a lie or they are just allowing Kahn to buy player balances for cheap, jump ahead of those who have been waiting a year, and cash him out.

Nathalie also mentioned that I've been moved to their "priority list". Things are starting to look up!! [/sarcasm]

Holy ****ing lord. Here's the new update to my situation. I tried emailing them again and this is what I said:

I'm getting pretty tired of you guys acting like idiots about this; I requested my payout in January, and I had to send you my information, which I did. And now you guys have reset the payout date to March 29th for some reason, but I requested back in January? Regardless, this is at least 2 months, possibly 6 if you're actually counting, and you guys haven't been keeping the details straight either because you keep giving me a different person. I keep hearing the payout is expected in two weeks, or you'll forward my information to the payout team, or whatever. Well at this point I'm telling people to avoid you guys because you're obviously a scam, and you've completely wasted my time and money. So I'm tired of this, I won't be playing with you again, and I'm done.

In response, they said this:

Hello

Thank you for playing at Full Flush Poker!!!

Your payment is currently on queue for execution and it will be processed as soon as possible. Previous Management left a long list of pending payments to be processed and between affiliates and players we have paid around $800,000 in last four months.
We can guarantee that this list of pending payments is getting smaller every single day and we will continue working on it as fast as possible. We have also been working on permanent solutions and the results should be completely visible within the next three weeks.

We have added you now to our priority list but please keep in mind that we are processing payments in the order that the request was received. Then we must respect this synchronized process in order to satisfy all our customers. We appreciate your patience during this transition process.

Remember how I said they told me I'd be on the priority list before? (They told me this twice at least. It's detailed in one of my previous posts in this thread on page 74.) So in response I said this:

Oh, so it's on the priority list now, but it wasn't on there before? I was actually told multiple times in the past that it was being moved to the priority list, so I guess this would be another lie on your part. Of course, maybe it doesn't help that you guys have moved my payout date to March 29th when it was actually originally requested back in January. But like I said, you guys aren't really keeping very good track of your lies... Soooo....

Now their response is EXACTLY THE SAME AS WHAT THEY SAID PREVIOUSLY, EXCEPT IT STARTS OFF WITH "Hello Greg," when nowhere in my email or Full Flush account does ANYTHING say "Greg". I can assure you that isn't my name and nobody has ever called me by that name before, nor have I addressed myself as such. So I said this in response:

Holy cow guys. You only repeated everything you just told me in your LAST email with supposedly a different person. This explains it. There's nobody actually reading anything and addressing it. You only copy and paste everything again. You have failed to address any of the issues I've been talking about though. You said I'm on the priority list but I have been told this before - this means it never happened in the past. And my payment was originally requested in January. So I should be a higher priority than you guys think because you are mistaken about when I requested this...

Before I realized that it wasn't a different person's name who was addressing me, but in fact they were calling me "Greg" so I sent this a couple minutes afterwards:

Wait a second.. My name isn't Greg. Who do you guys think I am? Unbelievable.

Short version: This is so obviously a scam it's not even funny. Even on Craigslist the scam artists aren't this obvious at first. Now if anything, there is some humor in their piss poor attempts to pretend this is legitimate, I do admit. So we shall see what sort of fun awaits in their next response.

No worries, at least it's still funny the second time.
Spoiler:
Just kidding. The first one was good for about half a chuckle. Be original next time when you troll.
Anyways, I did get a response from them about how they made a mistake and was trying to send that to whoever actually IS named Greg. Funny isn't it? Good thing it didn't contain sensitive information I guess...of course, now I'm left wondering what they've been sending other people on behalf of my account.

They're recommending I use moneygram instead of Western Union to process the payment faster. But there's a $48 fee either way. I'm trying to combat the fee because I've been waiting forever, and this is chump change while they're finding every ******ed excuse they can dig from their thick skulls about it. Anyone have any thoughts about money gram? I've been playing online poker for years and have NEVER used that method before. I haven't used it for anything else either.

completely unrelated to FF, MG is legit. Same thing as Western Union. The sites ive used it with, I request it and the next day they send me the details i need to pick it up, and i go to any of the **** ton of MG agents in all kinds of different big box retailers and pick it up.
Its easy.

Thanks for your response, I kinda figured MG would be legit but the thing is FF has proven to be anything but legit in my experience, and from the sounds of things, a lot of other people too. So I'm kinda torn between "got nothing to lose" and "will this just be another excuse to delay this further or never come up with it if I do it"? Of course they stopped responding after I demanded that they pay me my full balance without that fee, so I'm kinda thinking I won't win that one. But hey their loss not mine. I was pretty active before I requested the payout...

I personally have no money on FF, but i have been following this thread for a good couple months now. If I were you, which im not, but if i was i would go ahead with an MG payout and just take the fee as a loss because rigjt now i would be considering your entire balance as a loss. It doesnt seem like they have been doing any payouts lately, but not too long ago when they were they were all the small MGs. The larger checks and bank wires never happened. Id request a max MG, wait awhile and if it does comes through id try to get the rest of my roll off the same way. But i would only do 1 at first. Because i bet they will be more likely to proccess a payout for someone who they think is only removing a portion of their balance and is still going to play there then they would someone who wants all their money and is done with them.

However this is all assuming that they are actually trying to remain a working site and are just having extreme money problems after aquiring the business. It could just as likely be they are legit trying to steal as much money as they can before they shut down

Its crazy to me how they are handeling this all is so dumb. All this negative stuff on these forums is just destroying their traffic and any new deposits. If they simply came on all the major forums and started sending even small cashouts to the people in here waiting and these threads started filling up with posts saying "just recieved x cashout", i guarentee traffic and deposits would start rolling back in and they could recover the site.
Look at BetOnline. Apparently years back they had serious cashout problems, a new company bought them out, and now it is one of the most traffic USA friendly sites except for bovada which doesnt serve all the states.
They could turn this around if they wanted to. Whats frightening is they arent even trying

Against my better judgement, I'm going to address this one last time.

"Protect" implies some kind of intent on my part. I have no reason to want to protect Kahn. None. If anything, I should want him gone, as he is an affiliate that doesn't advertise with us, and never has that I know of. While I don't expect that his presence on the forums benefits him now, I also have no doubt that it did in the past. But since he has also been a helpful poster, and usually stayed on the right side of the line, that wasn't an issue. And the fact that he is such a polarizing figure, rightly or wrongly, makes modding much more time-consuming. So yeah, if we wanted to make our lives easier, we'd have banned him years ago. But we don't make modding decisions on that basis.

I know there are some people who would disagree and think he spams our forums, that we've been too easy on him. I understand that, even if I don't agree. And I also get that some people think we should allow the Kahn discussion in this thread. But to imply that there's some kind of reason I would be protecting him is completely false.

I've already told you where discussions of affiliates belong:

I haven't been on this thread in a bit because I've lost hope and sick of the lies but just wanted to say you are pathetic. It's hard to believe you are not a troll and just logged onto FF and picked the name of the guy you saw sitting at the high nl tables. Either way please stop with your crying and stories. We are all in the same boat. You say that your broke, all your money on FF, can't pay bills etc....yet you then say you begged your parents for a $500 loan to play on a different site. Why wouldn't you take that $500 to pay some bills and move on?
