Support now just ignores all my e-mails. ****ing scammers. They are collecting deposits and paying random people with other people's funds. How can this site is still not on a scam site list.

I accidentally managed to get on the site run by Kahn, and he is STILL promoting FullFlush.
This clearly shows his level of credibility imo.

He has no choice now. He has 5 figures+ tied up in the site and has a huge vested interest in people thinking it's safe to play there.

You almost always have a choice in life. You either do/support something or you don't.
He has clearly made his choice.
On the other hand, you are right, his intentions are crystal clear now.

Now, it makes sense how he advised me against charge-back given that he is buying up money at .40 on a dollar, they must be paying him for the balances. It is a perfect setup. They are afraid that people will do a mass charge-back and the ponzi will collapse.

If you are encouraging players to do charge-backs, you aren't doing them any favors for the reasons already mentioned.

I've given this advice to dozens of people on various forums, including this one. Feel free to use the search feature to verify. Furthermore, I advised you on what would happen if you followed the course of action you espoused and then I told you to make the most +EV decision for you.

Send 2 letters to vip support skrill (week and 2 weeks ago), but they didn't respond. Usually they respond to vips in less than a day. Also none of my 10+ letters to Curasao gambling comission was answered. Looks like they all helping/covering each other - rooms, payment operators, comissions, affiliates...

If FullFlush really did have new owners take over and begin working on the payout problem I do not see a problem with it taking time. Lets suppose that the old owners either stole or did not keep enough player funds available to payout. Now it takes time. I remember when Merge was taking 6 months for checks and now some of their skins are paying instantly. Attacking Kahn and others is not making anything better. In my opinion the guy has a good rep and any insight we can get is helpful to us all.

+1 I have a lot of money on FullFlush too and have not received payment in months, and am not happy at all with the current situation. That being said, doing spiteful or rash things against FF or our only real contact with FF management(khan) only hurts our chances of getting paid.

Thank you for doing this. Skrill is obliged by its own ToS and FCA regulation to confirm the receipt of your complaint, especially if you report a Skrill merchant account holder who embezzled the deposits. Please continue sending emails to Skrill and keep them stored at your email provider.

You can also open a case within your Skrill account and feel free to inform consumer.queries@fca.org.uk using reference [ref:_00Db0K8yP._500b0bcY8c:ref] that Skrill do not fulfil its obligations.

Further info

The difference between Skrill and Curacao gambling commission is that Skrill is incorporated in the UK and they are liable if they do not fulfil their obligations and comply with the UK laws and they have a lot of money.

^^ lol not terrible at all IMO. Think about it, if a site were to acknowledge they were having issues atm and added 1 guaranteed fast payout to the top few spots in their bigger guaranteed tournaments/rake races I think it would instil some confidence in players.

Maybe like 7 years ago payouts from bodog routinely began taking 5-11 months to recieve. I can't even tell you my exact longest wait time becuase I once recieved a check for a payout I forgot I had requested. Was over a year, something absurd. Now bovada has the fastest payouts for US players rivaled only by BOL. Point is sites can experince extreme disruptions and bounce back. However, with that said I do doubt EPN is ever going to recover.

Back to the point/ramblings of a stoner tho, I wonder how it would be recieved by players if a site did something like this? Thoughts? To off topic?

So tilted, $7500 just sitting in the account and you cannot do anything about it. Such scumbags. The support just simply ignores all e-mails from me, no updates of any kind. How the **** can a company like this operate and have no repercussions. Straight scammers.

my guess is, it would be received by everyone else with hostility, i.e. 'if his payout can come fast, why cant mine (or all of them)'

I feel you man, suuuper tilting. I emailed them about a month ago and they
"guaranteed" that I would be paid, citing a shake up in management, saying that new owners/management would rectify the situation. Found this thread a couple of weeks ago and am probably less optimistic about being paid having read the responses here. Just emailed them 3 or 4 days ago and haven't gotten a response either, so douchey. Hoping for the best but expecting the worst.

This seems like a Jennifer Larson kind of situation. I believe I read there was new ownership, but I'm not very informed about the circumstances surrounding the company's debt.

Is that info out there; is any1 able to briefly state the reason this FFP's debt has become accumulated? I got their little e-mail for a $5 bonus; it's a slap in the face of all poker players. And to the FFP nuthuggers: continue ridin' the stick.

Kinda odd that payouts finally responded to an email I sent 3 weeks ago. The response was a whole lot of nothing, but at least they acknowledged my existence!

Depends on your level of patience and tolerance for slow payments and piss poor costumer service (mainly from payouts dept).

Many have written off the network but a few still seem to have faith that things will turn around eventually.
