I don't think anyone on this network minds waiting a month or so for their cashout, just as long as it comes. I personally wouldn't care about waiting 3-6 weeks as long as I was 100% that it was going to happen eventually.

if MG's come in a week, that is great, gives me reason to come back...and for future ref, if you ask them to MANUALLY edit your withdrawal amount to $439 or whatever the fee is, they will so that u actually receive $400

I asked them 3 times to debit the fee from my poker balance as opposed to the payout sum. They did not do so lol. Whatever, better than not being paid at all.

dont ask them to take it from your poker balance, ask them to manually make the amount $439 so u can receive 400, they did it all the time for me back when it was $690 max, as long as u ask them to do it manually

Dont understand why this was processed before my WU payout which i requested on 10-25 and is still under review.

And teach2121 my last MG withdraw i got 400 and didnt ask them to do anything. Thought I would also get 400 this time but only got 362.

I knew that withdrawal would take like 2.5 month, so after 2 month I started sending them messages to email and to live chat. they were saying like a week, next friday, 2 weeks, 10 days and still nothing. in december they started talking about new management and still no payment

It's been almost a year? Wow, that's unheard of. I would post this on their Facebook page. Put the pressure on. Supposedly faster payments are on the horizon.

Less than 6 months is not almost a year. But it's still a long time to wait for a payout.

my most recently requested cashouts (two on 14th december), are both still listed as 'requested' and not 'under review'.

I contacted "support" and they said that i am to get paid daily now. They deposited $26 , however it should be much higher than that. Resolving this is just a pain in the rear.

I don't know if they changed the payout to daily for everyone or what? Has anyone received the same email?

I have been having same issues. Requested a bank wire transfer on October 1st and have been getting the run around ever since

I spoke with the new manager today. It turns out there are some changes that they failed to inform me about (smooth).

1) On Dec 28th 2015, cash game rakeback began being paid daily.

2) For those players who also receive SNG rakeback (very few of you, but some do), SNG rakeback will continue to be paid on a monthly basis on or before the 5th of the month for the prior month's play.
