Epassporte wants my Photo ID/Bank statement/voided check

I just cashed out a bit of my roll and epass sent me a message saying that as my account now exceeds 5k they wont let me do anything with my money until i send them scans of all these.
This is a lot of documentation I'm not sure that they need. Has anyone else had them do this? Should I trust epass with this info?
Any help is greatly appreciated,

Read the epass thead. Anybody that gets over 5k in their account goes through this. It can take weeks to get your account open again.
