I have used them, but don't any more because I don't trust them after what their sister company Quicktender did to US customers.
Aside from that, withdrawal fees are a little higher than Moneybookers or Neteller. Another negative is the low max account balance of €15k.
Pluses would be that it's easy to set up and use. You can set up connected accounts in more than one currency, and you can select what currency you want to hit your bank account for withdrawals. Neteller and MB should learn from this.
