Has anyone asked for an ACH payout from these guys? I have and will not be paid. Here is what happened, on 1/27/10 I downloaded Doyles Room played his bounty tournament and came in 2nd. Next day I requested a payout of $1,000.00 to be wired to my account Bank of America, Scottsdale AZ. They processed it asked for back up ID approved the payout and on the 4th od Feb. the payment was sent. IT WAS SENT TO AN ACCOUNT IN CHICAGO WITH NO AFFLIATION TO ME OR ANYONE I KNOW. I tracked it down, the bank said yes they got it and that the processor needed to request it returned and they would send it right back. At first Doyles room said that I requested that acct. number and routing #, I asked them for the document that shows that I supplied them with that information and they have not been able to produce it. I have been lied to countless times by accounting, and I do not believe that I will ever be paid. I have documentation but no one to go to for help. ANY HELP OUT THERE? HAS THIS HAPPENED TO ANYONE ELSE?

I would definitely try to contact the Doyle's if at all possible. I'm sure they will help you get this matter resolved in a timely manner. Good luck.

Really?
Is there any evidence that they care at all? Has anyone had their problems with that poker room fixed by contacting the brunsons?

It is my (uninformed) impression that Doyle either does not care about these matters, or chooses to ignore them because he has no influence on them.

Yeah, it couldn't hurt, but I wouldn't be expecting anything. Doyle's Room doesn't have the best rep when it comes to CS.

just WOW.

To save you some time before the Cardinals of 2+2 ask for it, post emails and/or supporting docs.

I for one am guessing Doyle knows about as much as Doyle's Room as George Forman does about grills.

I am quick to call a poker room out if I feel like they have wronged me.So I feel it is only fair to give credit to a site for doing a good job.I read quite a few posts about how Doyles doesnt pay out and I was very nervous about dealing with them.

Since Doyles is a poker room that offers phone support,I called them to ask about withdrawal times using ewalletxpress.I was told about 72 hrs for the first withdrawal to ewalletxpress and all following withdrawals should be processed in about 24 hrs.

I made a deposit of $50,played a few ring game hands and requested a withdrawal of $50 that same day. After 2 days the deposit was cancelled and I was told I needed to verify my account by submitting my ID and an utility bill displaying my address. After submitting these documents via email,I called support and they instantly verified my account.

I requested another $50 withdrawal on 4/9/10 and it was in my ewalletxpress account 4/12/10.I requested a second withdrawal of $800 on 4/19/10 and it is in my ewalletxpress account today,4/20/10.

I cant speak on any other payout options that Doyles offers but ewalletxpress withdrawals are fast and free of fees!

theyre hardly free of fees, maybe on doyles end they are but they butt rape on u their end, ie charge i think 5-10% percent to withdraw to ur bank, charge 10% to transfer funds to doyles..that being said, once ur verified the withdraws are a hell of a lot faster than doyles check or echeck, know why? because ewalletxrape is kicking money back to doyles on the DL while doyles can say hey we dont charge for ewallxrape and it will be fast, soooo nasty...
