The Visa option got rejected, i dont see a option for instant e checks. I heard that gift cards still work. Is that my only course of action? Thanks in advance any help, much appreciated.

So many questions people ask can be answered simply by going to the source and reading..I'd rather do that, and using common sense, a lot faster and efficient than posting on an internet forum waiting for someone else to do it for you..
you email full tilt that you want to do a money transfer, they send you info on who to send it to and everything in a detailed email with instructions, then the moneygram ppl give you a reference code for the transaction...it's all explained in the email
