Full tilt and stars both tell me that they CAN'T EVEN SEND ME INFORMATION?!?!?!?!

I saw a friend of mine put like 100 bucks on stars less than a month ago with a phone card but the tell me i'm dreaming. I wasn't and maybe my friends were engagin in some dumbass level but i doubt it.
