I've heard of 1 instance where MasterCard didn't work. Could be your card issuer not accepting offshore gaming transactions either.

Apparantly, Stars has changed the name for Moneygram Express in the Deposit window.

It is now called "Cash Transfer Express Payment".

It is in my options list. However, you seem to have a very different options list than I do. You have 14 while I have only 8.

I would suggest contacting Stars about having "Cash Transfer Express Payment" added to you options.

My Wells Fargo debit card recently worked to make a deposit directly to PokerStars with no fees. I have heard that you may need to contact your bank's fraud department if it get's flagged and / or frozen.
