Dear FTP, Dear FTP,

I would've sent this privately to FTPDoug, but I've not been much of a poster on here and don't seem to have a PM option, soooooooooo...

Friday past my FTP account got locked out. No clue why. I emailed support first thing Saturday morning....again Saturday evening.....again Sunday morning.......again Sunday afternoon......I also emailed feedback@fulltiltpoker.com to tell them they should stop advertising 24/7 support when this obviously isn't the case....

Anyway, the main issue here is that I was planning on playing several miniFTOP events that weekend, and had already registered for the main event. I mentioned this in each of my emails. No reply from anyone by the time the ME started, so I blinded away.

Finally, on Tuesday afternoon, more than 3 days after my first email back....

Dear delahunty,

We are please to inform you we have reopened your account and you can resume playing as usual.

Thank you for playing at FullTiltPoker.com

............no explanation as to why they just froze me out. most importantly, no mention of the $55 I lost because of it. I replied immediately asking for an explanation and a refund of the $55....ofcourse no response yet as it's only been 24 hours or so...

hundreds of millions in profits and they can't respond to an email in a timely fashion. makes me wonder why I ever play anywhere but on Stars.

If FTPDoug reads this, I'd really appreciate a response from support on this. It's not a ton of money, but clearly FTP needs to make good on this. I did nothing wrong to cause the lock out (which is obvious by them reopening it without any additional input from me) so they really should have at least unregistered me from any tournaments prior to the lockout, and a courtesy email would have been nice saying they're working on getting my account back open.

Any feedback that might help would also be appreciated.

FT declined my withdraw twice with no explanation.

I'm playing Stars now.

I always have played on stars, but like to mix it up from time to time trying out different sites. Experiences like this are what keep me at Stars, where most emails to support recieve a reply within an hour (as quick as 5 minutes at times).

that's why Stars is No.1.

ftp really shouldn't say 24/7 support, I have never received any response over the weekend, and during the week, they probably don't work 24 hours/day either.

Hi,

I have just been speaking with the cashiers, and they were already in the process of handling your issue. You should have a response momentarily.

Seems like it, haha. I indeed got a response 30 minutes or so ago saying this was a technical issue and that they've refunded my buyin.

Just a thought for future....if the issue is being worked on, send me an email telling me that. Seems like basic common courtesy and Customer Service 101.

Anyways, thanks Sean. I appreciate the reply.

I wonder how many people with no knowledge of 2+2 are facing the same situation without any recourse. FT sucks. Really.

ohh, you're so lucky! I even think this is a show!

whatever, FT support still has not replied me and no explanation for declining my withdraw TWICE. It sucks!

I will withdraw all my money and never play FT any more!

sometimes i think posting on 2p2 and waiting for FTPSean is faster than waiting for email support.

does full tilt only lag when money and/or banned accounts are the issue, because I personally have had some very fast responses over the last few weeks

FTP does suck in the Customer Service Department. Over the weekend, they do seem to be slammed. Any issues I had during the weekend, or starting on Friday, wouldn't be answered until Monday (and that's with my super duper secret speed up process). I don't think I've had to email stars for anything in a long long time.
