Fish don't have to worry about paying taxes on winnings anyway.

What is needed is a quick, easy, spontaneous way for new players in the U.S. to deposit and play poker. When that happens (again) it will rain money.

poker sites could care less how hard it is for you to cash out.

there main concern is for you to be able to deposit so they make more money and keep more money on the site.

Before you expatriate, you might want to talk to an Italian to see if going from a site with a huge number of accounts worldwide is better than going to a site with a few thousand.

In France, even Fish are going to pay taxes because every bet will be taxed soon (2% max 1 euro per bet ) ...

Since last Friday, French player can't play anymore on Cake... " Due to the recent passage of a new French law all persons resident in France will no longer be allowed to access poker services and play for real money on any turnkey partner site which is part of the Cake Network. As of 4pm GMT, Friday April 9th, no French resident will be able to open a new real money account and any French resident who holds an existing account will not be allowed to play on the Cake Network"

So ... Yes everyone can play using a VPN, I do it when I travel but the problem is to get payed.... If for example your bank account is in France, PS or Full Tilt, UB... will respect French legislation (same in US or in Italy) .. and they will consider you as a French player....

So you need first to use a VPN and to have a foreign bank account and an adress or something like that... It's not impossible but most of the player won't do it..

Another solution is to share poker account with someone, for example you live in the US and wish to use my Poker account to play on Party using a VPN and I'm French and I'll use your poker account on Cake using another VPN...

If someone is interested, I'm interested.... I mean interested in general not especially for Cake (I prefer Full Tilt, UB, and Pokerstars )

Last but not least.... Having a girl friend in Isle of Man and playing using her account and her card is the best solution....

But day after day Poker legislation is becoming more and more strict...

Have a nice day

Frederic

And your idea would not work because in the Italian/French cases, gambling companies need a governemental agreement to operate on national soil, which would be obviously withdrawn if taxe evasion solutions were to be offered incidentally.
A poker site just full of french players. WOW WOW WOW.

Might move to France.
