Cool Hand poker had a promotion refer-a-friend 25é for referrer and 25é for referral after he raked 250hands. I know several situations when thay locked accounts after players want withdrawal. Some of them played for a month and some only raked for bonus!

Worst of all is that in the case of locking they gave no reason and does not even allow the return of deposit! despite the fact that players sent them every singl paper they asked! Very unpleasantly and unprofessional!

NEVER DEPOSIT MONEY TO COOL HAND POKER!

32Red locked several accounts too!

Just to know anyone who wants to deposit at microgaming for refer-a-friend promotion!

Same thing happened to me. Ive sent them my documentation several times but they still just banned my account and refused to give my money back. Clearly scammers

Same thing happened to me and my friends.... I have asked them why did i get banned and they told me negative behaviour is the reason, after i asked them what is exactly reason of negative behaviour they didnt wanted to tell me....
Me and my friends got locked for no reason, we didnt have any negative behaviour i came there to clean up refferer promotion with my friends....
Its not my guilty cause they have stupid promotion and its easy money..

Many rooms will close accounts for the part of the behavior you guys are leaving out - signing up multiple accounts for yourself or "friends" just to clear this bonus and then cash out.

If you want people to believe that you all had dozens of separate friends who could not wait to play on CoolHand Poker (whatever that is) then feel free to try to tell that story, but nobody will believe you.

You and your "friends" will run into the same issues if you try to angle shoot the various free bankroll promotions.

good promotion, and all what was required was done. Easy money, every single paper was needed was sent to them.They are locked accounts to the people who play big limits and raked a lot,too! People who aren`t withdrawing money from accounts!

i believe you have multiple personalities.... this does not mean you get an account under each one, an call them friends....

If you're familiar with mikrogaming network should know that it is impossible to register a poker room several times with the same computer

Dont know how they are working on microgaming but its shamelles... Ive been plying poker for 4 years and ive been brought by my friend here.... And they blocked it for no reason...

I am fairly familiar with all the small time angles, they were popular years ago when bonus whoring was around.

Playing at the same tables. Logging into multiple accounts from the same computer. Gnoming for your "friends."

You guys triggered some sort of check, and given th eflood of "friends" that came to this thread, I suspect you guys were pretty clumsy about avoiding these checks. I doubt they close every refer-a-friend account that ever existed, but then again this is hardly a room anyone has heard of either.

So where is this conclusive evidence you promised? I really enjoy reading these threads since usually someone who registered within one month comes here and tells how their accounts got locked for no reason at all, and then they slowly start to supply some backgrounds on how they actually were involved in doing something shady.

Well you haven't convinced me that CHP has done anything but stopped some people from abusing their bonus system.

I have to agree that I don't see any low stakes players signing up for a small site just to get a 25 bonus.

First off all dont be ironic as Monteroy and here is the story what happened to me...

Coolhand poker promotion reffer a friend to get 35eu first of all let me explane how it works...
So you get invited from someone (i was invited by my friend) wrote his reffer code pre registration and then what you need to do is to deposit 20eu into account and ply 200 raked hands at any limit after 60-70 hands you get 10eu for welcome and after you played your 200 raked hands you get next day 25euros and your friend gets 25eu too...
Pretty much easy money....

After i got money i witdhraw it and invited my friends to come and clean up that bonus cause its pretty much easy money and all you have to do is to ply 30minutes to get that money....
Withdraw was successfully for first 3 times and after that i was waiting for 2x 25eu from my friends which cleared that 200 hands....
Next day we got locked up our accounts... Why we dont know cause i talked with live support and operater told me that my account was blocked by manager and she cant help, after i saw that she doesnt going to tell me why is my acc blocked i asked her, with who can i speak so i can know what really happened cause we didnt cheated anyone and she gave me their support mail....
So i contact them via mail and ill copy here what i ve been told by their support....

So they wont tell us why we ve got locked accounts and that is everything what i wanted to hear... and they wont to tell us....
I ve tried again to talk with them trough live support but after i introduce myself there isnt any answer any more.... pretty much ****** support....
It isnt some big money in ? but we ve got locked accounts for nothing and they wont to tell us why we ve got locked which is pretty much stupid...

I played on CHP and their 1st DB was amazing (50% rb) and loyalty scheme additional 30%. I used boogster (extra 50$) and everything was ok. Payout took 24 hours to MB account.

DaniFML, maybe you should ask a mod to move this thread to the Internet poker section. Any shady activity from poker rooms get a lot more traffic and comments there.

I sent Cool Hand Poker a link to this thread when I posted last time, I got a fairly long email the following day where they thanked me for bringing this thread to their attention, and even explained the situation a bit (pretty much just that there are some accounts under investigation). I'm surprised they didn't reply here... I mean I told them it would be good for their reputation to come here and clarify the situation.

I hope you get some clarification to your situation, if you didn't break the rules then I don't think your funds should be confiscated. I mean if they put some very low clearing limits to getting a bonus then I think its their issue if people get a lot of friends to play for it and stop playing once they have received the bonus (obv if someone just creates a bunch of accounts then its an entirely different situation).

Tried to get them again but they arent responding at any of my mails.... If mod wants to move thread to IPS i would be gratefully cause we didnt do anything wrong just registered to clear up bonuses...

At least i know that they are fu*** **** of site dont have clue how can they be on microgaming.....
