I regularly grind the 6 max sngs on Stars and usually play around 6-8 tables a time. Two nights ago, as I was winding down my session I had 3 tables left and saw that on one of the tables two guys from New York (as their locations said so) were clearly colluding. They were squeesing pretty much most raisers out of pots and clearly chip dumping to each other if one of them got short. If both were in a pot and no one was short, they were soft playing with good hands. I wrote an email to stars about this and they didn't even reply acknowledging the fact that they recieved my email.

It was a $25 sng. I know its nothing big but I'm normally playing 6-8 tables and trying to build a big bankroll for the summer to play live. I'm giving a lot of business to Stars and I'm a bit dissapointed that they're not responding or doing anything about this. I was lucky to spot these guys as I was winding down, but what about the fact if i start playing right now and they're on 4 or even all 8 tables of mine.

Any tips on what I should do?

If it is really bothering you, try to gather some specific hands and compile them to send in with your report. If you do some of the work and show some pretty convincing hands, it will be hard to ignore. Without any specific evidence, yours is likely one of many emails from players who think they are being cheating, most of which don't really have anything to back it up.

Give Stars a bit more time, they need to review their histories and it can take a couple of days. They're normally pretty good at this so I'd be surprised if they don't mail you back soon.

+1

Stars has never missed giving a reply, IMO they must have forwarded it to the relevant department and you will definitely get a reply from them.

I did receive an email from them this morning and they said that they have someone reviewing the play of the two players. They said that they'll get back to me in 7-10 days. I don't think I should give out screen names to you guys until I get a reply back from that again.

yeap, DONT post up screennames. let stars deal with them, they have the best reputation with customer support over any other site. obv its a serious matter and will take time to go over histories, 10 days is very reasonable.

keep us updated on what happens, im guessing a refund will be in order to all involved.

Only wanted SNs to look up their history on Sharkscope, obv not posting them and letting Stars take care of it is the best thing to do. If you have a subscription to Sharkscope though it can be helpful to look up two players H2H results when dealing with a matter like this. Will often make it pretty clear if they are colluding.
