End of Dec. I cashed out low 4 figure amount from True. Check was at my door 3 days later...very nice.

It was issued by something called Interco Finance Corp (I'm Canadian).

I checked my bank account last night...bank had nsf the deposit...wtf.Of course I garbaged all related paperwork when check arrived as I have never had any prob over the years with cashing out here.

I suppose eventually my bank will mail me the check,and then I can follow up and try to get paid I guess. I'm just wondering if any others had similar experience in last few months here? Or is this just 1 hit wonder screw up easily corrected?

Have you contacted True Poker yet?

I got 1 check from TP about a year ago; cashed it fine - but I guess you haven't had any problems with them in the past either.

I think TP should do something nice for your troubles after resolving this.

Havent done anything yet...waiting for returned check from bank I think...fwiw I dunno if this is True's fault...prob the shady company they use to pay Canadians?

Please keep us updated on this situation, I was about to make a deposit at True and now I am a little hesitant. What ever happened to TruePokerCEO? He was really nice, and used to post on this forum a lot. Anyway, good luck with everything, I hope you get your money soon.

I always used to withdrawl to epassporte, never took longer than 48 hours

I have withdrawn numerous times in last 4 years from TP ...always neteller...last 3 withdrawls have been by check...1st 2 were fast w/o any prob. Hope this is just a glitch and its buisness as usual.

They've been around for years, and while they don't have a big player base, I haven't seen many complaints about financial issues on this site in the years since I've joined. Sometimes they take a while to make adjustments to game structures, but they DO make them, to their credit.

True Poker may not be a corporate giant, but that only makes their table selection poor, not their legitimacy. TP CEO does a good job of making himself available around here too. Maybe the fact that he hasn't responded yet means TP is in trouble now? Or maybe 'cause it's the weekend...

Update....TP support has responded...they ask for scan of the check, which is not yet in my possesion ....looks like it may just take a bit of time to sort this out...I'll update when when I have more info.

People have lives. The holidays are busy times for everyone, including TP's CEO, no doubt. He's probably just now getting up to speed on matters which have been awaiting his attention since December, and while he may enjoy posting here, I'm sure it's not a reflection on us that it probably isn't his number one priority.

Glad you got your money straight Eder.Ive had an account on TP for awile now and the CS has always been top notch and ive never had transaction problems.I still fire up a table or two on the side while im playing other sites or when im just relaxing occasionally.I wish they had a larger player base and faster software,but they are what they are i guess.For players that like to play only one table more for fun than grinding id def say check them out.

Forgot to mention they have a 100% reload atm. Traffic is low, but you cant beat some of the table talk for entertainment.

Don't any of you skillled 2+2ers come over to the pond I call True Poker. Glad your check problem was resolved. I have been with True for almost 3 years and have never had an issue with support. Plus there withdrawals are lightning fast.
