1) placed a bet on a 5 game series between Australia and England (substantial amount 4 figures). I picked Australia to win the series obviously 3-0 or better.

2) when Australia was 2-0, Carbon sports emailed me saying they are cancelling the bet stating the reason that they did not mean to give me the line they said at the beginning of the series (that was 4-5 days ago when I made the bet)

3) Customer represent told me (before I told her my bet was cancelled through email) "Mary Brooks: Under Sporting Events: Once accepted bets cannot be cancelled or amended in any way, either by the customer or by Management."

If this is NOT a clear case of Carbon or Merge cheating then i do not know what is.



one bet was made this morning the other on the 6th both cancelled today. since the bets were made one of the 5 games was completed and austalia won.

Also have chat session with a rep saying neither player nor management can cancel bets after made

Pretty ridiculous stuff if above is true. Id try getting in touch with an affiliate and see if they can talk to someone in upper management

its verbatim true. i was smart enough to save every screenshot and chat session.

Ya that def sucks, obv if you lost the bet you were never getting refunded which is the worst part. GL

sorry did not know theres a sportsbetting forum but regardless i think this is important for poker players to know because carbon is heavily involved with poker.

When did you place the bet? When they were up 2-0?

I placed one bet when the were up 1-0. 12/6/13
I placed bet two when they were up 2-0. 12/9/13

both bets were cancelled about half and hour ago.
