one of my family members was banned from FTP and now i can't make an account even though i have done nothing wrong. I share the same IP/computer ....

Is there anything i can do?

Email them and see what they say. If they dont let you play then move to a different site. Pokerstars home of the largest online site.

from what I`ve seen, i really like the software of FTP

I have emailed them and they replied:

We have reviewed your account and determined that you are closely associated with a player whose account is currently closed or under review by Full Tilt Poker.

We have determined you are associated to this player due to one or more of the following parameters:

* Accounts have logged in from the same computer/IP address.

For security and privacy reasons, we are unable to disclose the player ID of the account in question.

To maintain the integrity of our site and for the protection and security of our players, you are not permitted to create an account at this time.

I dont understand whats the problem for FTP if you send your documents.

Don't need to make this thread in multiple forums. The only thing you should do is to take your business elsewhere instead of creating a(nother) account.

Sounds reasonable to me that the site does not let you open an account. Get your "family member" to sort out their problem first and then they may let you play providing whatever they have done is not too serious.
