ok so i want to make a deposit at fulltilt into an account that was opened about 2 years ago.

i used to play alot and made a ton of deposits back then and they always went thru fine.

i've been playing alot lately at PP and other sites but wanted to come and play at FTP again cause this account has rakeback on it.

anyway i log in and try to deposit from my neteller account, which is still used and has money in it and is an extended account.

i tried twice to deposit this way and both times it was declined.

i tried emailing support and its been 2 days without a response. i tried to deposit with one of my credit cards instead and this got declined.

serioulsy this is really frustrating is anyone else having problems.

i have tried numerous times to call there cashier support but after sitting on hold for longer then 15mins each time i gave up (im in australia and it is costing me a fortune to ring them)

i really dont know what else to do. its coming from an account that has probally deposited well over 10k in the 2 years its been open and barely withdrawn more then 4k so i can't understand why they wouldn't accept my deposits lol.

can anyone offer any suggestions on what i can do.

Wait for support to email you back IMO.

yeah i emailed both, can't figure out why it would take em this long to respond though bloody frustrating.

deposit on pp and do a transfer in the thread?

I have found that this gets a quick response.

maybe it was something to do with server problems or something cause i just tried again now and it went thru finally.
