I have no internet access and have to use the hotspot on my iphone to connect my computer to the internet. The data is going to run out (3gb per month) and the speed is going to be slowed to 128kbps. Is this enough to stream music and play on Global Poker which is browser based?

I don't think you'd have a problem playing on global.

Streaming music while playing is a whole nother can of worms.
