for example the stubhub "gift" certificate? Can i print it out somehow and use it as a gift for someone?

you receive a code via email

then when you're paying for your tickets, after you enter all your info, you enter the code for the gift certificate and it deducts the amount.

but if you're giving it to someone who doesn't know you got it through gambling, don't... because it says something like "PSTARS discount" -- or something related

well most people won't recognize PSTARS as a gambling site and most people won't question you too much as long as their gift card works.
