I was playing on the cake network on a skin that just pulled out on sept. 1 and we didn't know that we were playing on cake poker still and the skin i play/ed on knows whats going on they said cake poker didn't release the skin and i just played 4 games in which i cashed in 3 of them and i have proof of it and cake didn't credit my acct. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF THIEVES AND I NEVER SIGNED ONTO THE CAKE POKER SKIN!!!!!

The question is what can i do? i here e-mailing cake is useless bc they never answer back is there another way to contact if not i'm prolly SOL huh?

Cake always answers back. There support is actually pretty quick

First of all why the *** are you even playing on cake? read any review ..this is a shock to you? and any poker site that is actually moving to the cake network must be bs also..

Well since all my moneys stuck on another site i had to start over. I deposited 20.00 and now i'm up to 132.00 gotta start somewhere you feel?

If you read the original post i stated that i'm playing on the network not cake poker....but since my site pulled out cake was not crediting my money for wins. I e-mailed cake support gave them the tournament ID numbers and they said they will get it to the right department well its been 2 days and haven't heard anything luckily the site that pulled out got wind and they made all accounts inactive so at least for now all my other money is safe.

$36 isn't the end of the world but it's still his money if this is true.

The principle and the fact it is his money, the amount is irrelevant IMO.

Yes it's true i e-mailed support 2.5 days ago and still haven't heard back from them...this could be a new low for them stealing money when the skin we were playing at pulled out and cake wasn't crediting for cashes...thank god all of our accts are inactive until the new sites up.
