colours on the lobby tables, like stars does nowdays. When you are playing a lot of tables is very tough to get into new ones, cause the lobby is kinda laggy and sometimes even screws with the player listings per table

couple things.

1) fired an email off to support about the verification deal. didn't get a response but like 12-16 hours later the account seems to have been verified etc. so mixed bag there but at least a result that trends towards good.

2) had a few tables running just a bit ago. in the middle of the action on what I think must have been my post hand the table just froze. nothing happened. the other two tables I was on kept playing hands out normally. after several (maybe up to 5?) minutes the hand simply aborted and everything moved ahead one hand. I verified this with all other players at the table to make sure it wasn't just a random disconnect on my end.
the cards were just taken away. I assume all blinds and money already in the hand were rolled back. But it's the weirdest thing I've seen in many moons and a bit disconcerting.
I'll reiterate other tables were running just fine - it was just one table- and other players at the table verified they had same happen (other tables still running normally). the hand history actually says "ABORTED" on it.

I tried depositing onto cake poker via my debit mastercard a few minutes ago because I seen that it looks like they actually have some decent tournys on sundays now. The card was declined several times. The card 100% works and has worked on every other site ive tried to deposit on in the history of mankind. Wattttt is the dealio cake?

what bank?

have you tried to use this card in last 5 days at any other poker site? your card may be fine, but it is very possible it was restricted from poker sites recently.

do a small test deposit on another site where it has worked and make sure it is not your bank. i suspect that you will not be happy with what you discover.

ps. did you recently deposit a poker check to this account?

This is very standard. They gave me a BS form letter when I emailed them about it, and said they would pass it along to IT. This was 6 months ago. lolz.

wow, that worries me. i've cashed out via check on partypoker, full tilt, ultimate bet, and pokerstars and it has never taken more than a few days. i started playing on cake recently and requested my first check cashout ($1425) 9 days ago and i'm waiting. support has been excellent so far but i'm kinda worried about how long the check will take to get here and if it'll be a good check.

please lemme know when u receive yours and if u have any problems cashing it if u don't mind. i just wanna have an idea on how long i should wait before contacting support or lee jones about it.

Cake ships their checks DHL. It takes only a few days once shipped. It is usually 3-7 days to process. However this last check Took about 10 days before being shipped.

This time, I received a money order from a Canadian bank, and a note from cake saying that they are having a problem with checks, and they were going to be doing bankdrafts and money orders until it is figured out. I deposited on Wed of last week. The funds were cleared in 12 hours.

+1

also change the colors of the tables in the lobby so I know where I am seated at or add some feature like: hide tables i am seated on

Kamikaze tourneys are the biggest tilt relievers I have ever seen. Keep them plz.

Also, tried to make a transfer in increments today. Other party had to basically email Cake every time he tried to transfer because Cake is slow as molasses for transfers evidently. Literally an 80-90 minutes per transfer.

Anybody worried about Cake payouts just use UseMyWallet, from the time you request the cashout to when it gets to your bank is just over a week, which is pretty solid imo.

General Ts0,

What exactly is it? Is it an option for US players?

the one xfer I've participated in was instant. buddy said it was sent. I refreshed cashier and it was in there. I was pleasantly surprised.

I'm enjoying the change of scenery. Sure there are some things that make me shake my head (cough cough notes glitch that makes some notes look like I'm an epileptic) but overall I'm satisfied with the experience so far.

The sng options seem a bit thin imo.

Can someone cliff notes the easiest/best way to get a few 1000 onto Cake? All the available options look ridiculous and I have no clue how to use usemywallet.com.

Thanks

Why do you need users to have the same e-mail address both at Cake Poker and Neteller if you want to use that method to make a withdrawal?

Seems pretty stupid to me being able to use the accound ID from Neteller and is quite dangerous from a security perspective
