How exactly does UMW work? Your cake money gets transferred into a UMW account, which you then send to your bank account?

Why are all tables (SNG) being frozen twice this evening? First time, the tournament was stopped completely, now a message was given to stay seated... Will this continue through the evening (Europe)?

Apart from the doomswitch Lee seems to have inflicted upon me (why, Lee, why?) , Cake has tonight decided to remove some of the SnG types I used to enjoy playing, such as the 6-handed and 10-handed $5/$6 respectively... How nice.

Will they be back soon?

I was referred to Cake by a friend who used Sharkscope while playing. When I set up my account and went through the terms and conditions it looked like they banned Sharkscope, so I sent an email asking and also asking if it was allowed just to check my own stats. They replied that it was fine to check my own stats only, and prohibited to check other players. That is fine with me, but my friend who referred me has been playing a lot longer than I have and is up about $800, and she honestly didn't know SS wasn't allowed.

I sent an email on her behalf about the situation asking if someone used it previously without knowing, but didn't use it going forward, if any adverse action would be taken against them. I got no reply, and emailed again. I told her and she emailed them (not from the same email address she set up with the account with) and explained it was a mistake. Going forward she wouldn't use it, but didn't want to keep playing if at any point the funds could just be taken. She had some notes with ROI's and is removing them as she sees them, so what is done is done but she is concerned.

Between us we have emailed support 3 times, with no response. Should she be concerned about this? She is going to switch to Stars if she is risking losing everything. We both prefer Cake because of the rakeback.
