I figured this'd be the best place to post this.

I'm currently PlatinumStar on Stars (from UK) looking to stabilize at 10NL and move to 25NL, where I'll move to FullTilt full time for rakeback, but obviously while I'm Platinum, I want to take advantage of the 150% multiplier of my FPP's until it expires at the end of July. HOWEVER, unless I have more than $10 in my FT account by 2nd August, my rakeback account will be shut, but I don't want to lose the $600 deposit bonus therefore I don't want to deposit $10 into my account, and I can't do player to player transfer unless I have deposited, so I can't even swap $10 between sites.

I could hope to have $600 by the end of July and move it all across, but I'd rather be safe than sorry and free roll $1 or so into my account and just get to $10 at the 2NL tables and leave it there until I move across, what are the options at FullTilt, free roll wise? I notice you need FTP's to enter most, are there any entirely free tournament/SnG's running for tiny payouts?

Thanks for any advice, ~R.I.T.

If you can't deposit $600 get a better job.

They have a couple Daily Dollar tournies with prize pools of 10k (more in the rebuy sometimes). I believe there is a super turbo freeroll in the afternoon in which 300 people get into the nightly one. First in that is usually $1599.

Ya know, I get so sick of these smart a$$ douchebag comments. Not everyone can just come up with $600 on the fly. I'm assuming, ilaznboi, you don't have a mortgage, kids, or any bills to worry about? $600 to you is just money to burn? good for you, must be nice. Seems sometimes like a lot of people around here are rolling in the dough from the sheer number of comments such as yours that are posted daily in various threads. Some people have other obligations, but still like to play poker, too. Sorry if they don't qualify to be in your exclusive club, but why do you need to bother even commenting, then? Your response has nothing to do with the OP's question, and was only given to make yourself feel superior. I hope you feel better now.

OP, they have $100 freerolls every day, open to people from different countries. I'm not sure what time the UK one is at. They are a bit of a commitment though, seeing as they have thousands of entrants and aren't turbo's (10 minute rounds) so you can end up spending 4+ hours for a chance to win up to a whopping $15. But they would fit the bill for your question. Might be better to find a way to get the $600, though, considering the horrible time/profit potential ratio.

IMO you are way better off with stars..stick to it.
By the way how can you make it to Platinum at NL10, sounds like a miracle to me.

I mean you went ape**** at me.
And then in the last sentence agreed with me.
Seems kind of silly IMO.

Somebody with a house, wife, kids and bills is a lot more likely to have an extra $600 than some body who is broke and playing freerolls. It makes no sense to play poker for $3/hour when you can get a ****e job for a few months, save up a roll, deposit, play in your spare time then quit your ****e job after you have made a higher hourly playing poker for a 100k hands.

The UK got a good deal in May with this offer.

I'll be at Stars for the foreseeable future, but I've opened an account with FT with rakeback and if I don't have $10 in the account then my rakeback will be shut down, so I don't wanna be in a position in the future where I want to move to a good RB site, but can't with FullTilt unless I multi-account, which obviously isn't the way forward.

Thanks for the advice, Cherry MrMisty, I'll keep an eye out for those $100 tourneys in the next few days. I hear a few people talking about 'The Ferguson', what's the craic with that these days?

SoulPower, I'm not broke, nor playing for $3 an hour, I'm looking to get $10 to keep my FT account for the time I'm not playing there else it'll get closed. Well why not deposit $10? Because I won't wanna ruin the deposit bonus. "Well why not deposit $600 and play?" Because I'm playing at Stars now while my VIP status is as high as it is, I'm simply looking for a way to get the $10 to keep it open and leave it there until I do, that's all, so much controv in one thread for a simple question of 'what free rolls do FT have"

just a thought...

is it worth trying to get the max $600 bonus?
im not sure how long they give you to clear it but it wont be easy at 25nl.

and you will need alot of patience to cash in the superdonk freerolls.

why not just deposit the min op? other than that, just look for free rolls. not sure what you want people to tell you?

And clearing the $600 bonus at micro's probably isn't very realistic so i probably wouldn't worry about it too much.

If you can manage to accumulate enough play chips, they have (when I used to play a few months ago) a daily 500k play money tournament where 50 or 100 dollars real money is the prize pool. Not too many runners either.

Because I want to hit the depo bonus. If I can't hit the $600, as close as realistically possible would be better, rather than just doubling a $10 deposit.

I was just asking if there are any free rolls rather the just the two FaceTheAce satellite free rolls I saw running, s'all.

You don't get the deposit bonus if you receive the money via player transfer. And I really doubt you get it for winning a freeroll. You are going to actually have to deposit $600 that haven't been on FTP before.

I think 50NL is when you want to switch to FTP. I did this about 8 months ago and I seem to remember that stars is better for 25NL and under.

Transfers do not affect the deposit bonus. You can get a transfer and still be eligible for the initial $600 matching deposit bonus.

You can talk to support and they will confirm this fact.

Might want to find a stars expert. Platinum star might be worth more than FullTilt rakeback. I'm not too knowledgeable about their rewards system currently because I'm not going to bother grinding there until I'm at least playing NL100. However, if you already got yourself up to platinum star it might be better to just stay there.

Haha, I know this, but my rakeback provider will close my account unless I have $10 in there within a set time frame, and I'm content at Stars atm which is why I was asking for advice on the free rolls FT offer just so I can keep my account open for as long as I want.

Thanks nimbus, if that's the case I'll email ask a friend to ship the $$, thanks.

honestly if you're playing $10nl don't worry about not maximizing the 600 deposit bonus. it takes ****ing forever to clear multitabling 2/4nl so i don't think you're gaining much sweating it

I though you were not eligible for bonuses if you have rakeback? Won't they just take the bonus money away from your rakeback as you clear it?

Ruh, didn't know it was that difficult to break the bonus. :/

Thanks for the advice, emailed FullTilt yesterday so I should get a response sometime in the next year.
