Its unbelivable with bodog, Software crashed for about 3 times in 20 minutes, i email them for the 20th time about this isssue, and again even after ive send them screenshots of me playing 3 other sites and only bodog crashing they keep replying with there standard "is ur fault" emails rofl

We are sorry to hear that you have been experiencing technical issue while on the Poker Software. Currently, we are not experiencing any technical trouble, however; further review of your account shows that you have consistently been experiencing connection issues on the Poker Software including Time Out and Disconnection Folds. This may affect your ability to stay connected to the tables at any point in time.
We recommend running MSN AutoCare which is a tool developed by Microsoft to help diagnose problems with MSN Messenger. The Bodog Poker software uses the internet in the same way so you can experience similar issues. In order to resolve any issues that you may be having with the software, please use the following steps:
Go to

Click the link 'Download on Windows XP or later' if you have Windows XP or later.
Click 'Run' or 'Open'
From the drop down menu at the top, select 'MSN Messenger Related Issues'
Click 'Diagnose and Fix'
AutoCare will now prompt you to check the date and time. If the date and time are correct, please click 'Close'. AutoCare will now delete temporary internet files, clear cache and cookies, and flush DNS. Once AutoCare has completed this process, please click 'Save Result' and simply close the window.
You will now be required to do a Powercycle. To do this, please follow the steps below:
Turn off your computer completely
Unplug your internet modem for about 30 seconds
Once you have plugged your modem back in, wait for it to completely turn back on
Turn your computer back on and try logging into the Poker software
This should solve any issues that you are experiencing with the software. If you are still experiencing technical issues after this process, we ask that you contact us toll free for a speedy resolution to this matter.
