How is freaking possible to be playing on 3 tables and get disconnected on a different one?

This and also the no preferred seating,which is my biggest issue. I've talked to a few rec players who hate the preferred seating and everyone of them has mentioned the anonymous tables and their concern with being cheated. I'd love to play here because I've always trusted bodog but the software tilts me too much. The only plus to the new software,at least for me was it doesn't crash nearly as much.

I think you should re-evaluate your posts. More than one person told you the same thing, maybe they have a point.

is bodog still anonymous (stats, vpip, etc..) is concerned?

i'm a newbie and i often play at bodog coz
1st i like the anonymity (so "pro" cant take advantage of me)
2nd i live in US so not much choices.

anyway, i read tracker can still get your stats but only during the game and once you leave the table it's back to scratch, i'm fine with that.
but i dont want no "pro" datamining my stats though.

yep, still anonymous. And yes there is a 3rd party software that tracks only session stats.

After scanning the thread for just the cash game list.. I think this is what I came up with as a final list:

-Change the table so that you can sit back down w/in 5 min with same stack
-Min buyin raised to 50bb
-Tables popping to the front
-Wait for bb option
-Slider improvements
-Order of the tables in the lobby when sorting
-Pre-action buttons not working correctly
-Adding on chips is buggy
-Auto-post blinds being unclicked at times

I'll repeat.. these may or may not be added at some point, but I will definitely present these ideas to Bodog.

Now to move onto what we'd like to see for mtts and sngs. This can be ideas for new mtts/sngs, structure changes, changes to current mtts/sngs.. anything.

So far (what I've seen in thread+what I'd like)

- 4man hu sngs
- Synchronized breaks
- Making sure the mtt lobby updates faster
- Up starting stacks for mtts that start with 1500 chips (make at least 2000)

Bit of a glitch maybe? I won tickets to future BDPO events and just registered for them with the ticket. When I open the client, the lobby to all those tourneys pop open (even though they don't run for another week).

Also, the request for T$ or being able to unregister for tourneys and retaining a ticket for future events falls in this category I think.

Ice, more HU MTTs would be nice. Perhaps a daily or weekly guaranteed.

Also, I'd like to echo the concerns of others with the current ticket system. It's pretty terrible that they can't be transferred and completely eliminates any motivation to play further ones once you win a ticket to your desired event.

Can you elaborate on this Devils? What software are people using to track their sessions?

Also, is it legal? And how effective is it, like, when Player1 leaves the table and is replaced by a different Player1 does the software recognize this change and reset or do the stats get blended?

put dons on your site with a 4% tourney fee like poker stars did and make a mac version available and I will move to your site yesterday (not literally if i had time travel capabilities id go back ten years and be a poker millionaire because they were all awful back then.) You get my point.

Hold 'Em Indicator. No one's said it's illegal. Yes, it notices when a player gets up and gets replaced. That said, I've personally had some instability issues with it. Like, Bodog tends to crash every few hours when I've used it.

Thanks Cobalt. I had since googled but still wanted to hear a review because considering Id be using HEM for any other site I played on its a lot to pay for session stats just on BD if it was highly flawed.

I know you don't have access to the cashiers dept, but the payout process at Bovada is terrible. Until Bovada fixes the poor payout process, public confidence is going to decline, and people will play elsewhere. I reallly hope you will pass this information on, as well as the suggested changes mentioned by other posters.

As mentioned in my e-mail (below) to the Bovada customer service dept, I have payouts pending from mid January. When I contact customer service, on more than one occasion, I get the lame excuse that the payout dept is behind due to the high volume caused by Super Bowl betting. Really two months behind?!!!? What next, the payout process is behind due to the high volume caused by March Madness.

When I ask the simple question to one of the Bovada Customer Service Reps of when I will receive my next payout, and for how much, I continue to get the run around. I can never get a straight answer.

This alsmost feels like a ponzi scheme where they'll pay a player a small portion of what is owed, once they receive enough new player deposits. Stall, stall, stalll.

Does anyone else have this problem with Bovada?

I would like to start out this e-mail by saying that I really enjoy playing your poker site. The site itself is very user friendly and easy on the eyes.

In the latter part of 2011, I began playing on your site (actually the Bodog site). I literally bring in thousands of dollars in rake to your site, and my guess is that I'm probably one of your better customers.

While playing on your site in 2011, I found that the cashout process seemed very reliable and the payouts usually were received within 10-15 days. In 2012, the payout process has been just the opposite---Slow, sporadic, and unreliable. This really concerns me because I was a customer of Full Tilt and was burned by them in which I still haven't received the money owed to me. I’ve heard every excuse in the book from your customer service reps, from we’re slow paying due to the Super Bowl, etc, etc, etc.

I have attached a spreadsheet that details the 28 payout requests that I have submitted since December 21, 2011 to present. In total the amount of the 28 payout requests is $51,664. Of the 28 payout requests, I have only been paid on 14 of them, totaling $23,878. Still pending are 14 requests totaling $27,786. Of the pending 14 payouts owed to me, 11 payouts are past the 15 business day timeframe that your site promised that I would receive my money. These 11 payouts total $21,012.

I have made several calls to your customer service department and am being told that I will receive my money shortly, which for the most part hasn't happened. To say I'm frustrated is an understatement. Even more frustrating is that I am charged a $50 processing fee to handle each of my cashout requests, which is immediately taken from my account at the time of the cashout request. This means on the 28 cashout requests, Bovada has taken $1,150 from my account to process these payouts, AND I still don't have my money.

On the attached spreadsheet I have detailed all of the transactions since December 21, 2011. As you will see there is alot of money involved here. I was told by one of your customer service reps that you may be able to wire what’s owed to me directly to my bank account. What steps do I need to take to make this happen?

I would appreciate an immediate response, and swift resolution to this problem. What I would like to know is when I will receive my next check or checks, and for how much. I would also like to know if wiring me my money is an option.

Can you get back to us with Bodog's response to these? Even if they say we can't do it, we won't do it or whatever the reason is. Just saying they will pass it along to mgt/programmer/cs is not an answer and frustrates me to no end.

why did you need to send a spreadsheet, your payout history is in your account. Also, they are a phone call away and can be helpful. I'm assuming these are wires which have been hit or miss lately (depending on what bank you use), checks have been more reliable.
