I know when I do experience disconnects (granted, not very often at all), I don't even bother because I don't have faith that they can get things resolved. Hell, I don't even believe that they'll ever admit fault in the matter, much less put resources towards resolving it. I'd much rather have them focus on the bugs they introduced well over a year ago that should be easy to fix.
+1.
Aside from the fact that if my table freezes when I flop top set or have AA or whatever I am not likely to calmly note the hand no down, I just don't feel it will achieve anything.
The way i see it, I tell Ice the HH no, he tells Bodog, they say it was my issue, nothing happens.
The problem here is not the disconnections or whose fault they are - this is a part of life online and is going to happen regardless.
The problem is Bodog's policies/procedures for dealing with them. If you have even a momentary DC, you are basically out of the hand, off the table and can't rejoin for 5 mins and then not with the stack you just had. There seems to be no automatic reconnection or chance to save your tables after that second or less you disconnect.
I am not aware of any other site that has such major issues with disconnects, so not sure why Bodog tried to reinvent the wheel on this and still buries their head in the sand avoiding dealing with it.
