Hi, I registered on fulltilt in the beginning of July, deposited 12k (by inter account transfers from some guys from russian poker community). After some days I was temporary suspended pending verification of your identity. Ok, it took about 12 hours to send them my documents, and they unblocked me again, so I continued playing.

But after some more days I got this message:

At first I'd like to know, what do they check me for? Colluding? Chipdumping? Ok, I'm absolutely clean, so I don't worry.

But they said it could take up to THREE DAYS, and they simply don't write me and dont answer anything for already more than FIVE DAYS. WTF is going on? Anybody had the same problem?

Played total about 600 games in July, won 22k, had 15k on the account balance.

seriously I just hate thouse comments. Im in stupid problem, I dont play for 5 days (I planned to play 7 hours per every day), try to realise how I feel when I got NO answer at all.

and if I would be some kind of cheater, Im sure I would receive an answer smth like, "We would like to inform you that we closed your account permamenly..blahblah... as you broken all rules, stolen all money, etc."

So what? You had 12k, you won 22k, you left 15k in the FTP account, means you cashed out 19k. Take them to your previous site and play there until FTP let you play again.

Just hang in there, they are way behind. I have a pending email from 11 days ago now, that they are aware of.

They probably just want to look at the transfer, and playing history, make sure it's not a dump of bad funds or something.

But seriously, I dont care what the issue, their support is just buried right now obv.

Just be patient. The worse thing you can do is get worked up about it.

Ask yourself, what does getting angry accomplish? They are gonna take just as long either way.

So, take it easy for a few days. If you are innocent, you'll be allowed to keep playing.

They really need to hire a lot more support people, imo. When you're dealing with that amount of amount (and confiscating that amount of money), it's really no excuse to say you are backlogged.
