Just some thoughts after a month on BCP:

* There NEEDS to be observor chat. I got 3 of my friends to sign up and put money on, and yet we can't ever speak to each other unless we happen to be put at the same table.

* Higher stakes 6-handed double-up sngs would be nice. Even the $118.80's fill up quite regularly, and I am positive going as high as even $300 would still draw a crowd.

* The Rakeback program is very impressive.

* I have a holdem manager that I used to use on ftp. Is it compatible on bcp? Is there any tracking software that is?

* If the hand history could be converted to a visual replayer, more like what ftp and stars have, that would be very useful.

* O, and there NEEDS to be observor chat

Is there anyway to make the software faster. ex of problem: I'm playing HUSNGs. I see there is someone sitting at a table and it takes forever for the lobby to load who's sitting there.

Also is there anyway to make it so i can see who is sitting in a HUSNG lobby without opening it? A feature like that would be nice.

Some very good points here. Although BCP can not control the client in those aspects (because MERGE is in charge of this), I can get BCP to pass it up the chain.

Also, regarding HEM, yes it does work and so does the HUD, but you can't be using "grid" mode.

This could be an internet problem on your end, although I know what you're talking about, cash games are not instant either. How do regular games play, are they laggy or no problems?

No, there is not a way to see the players in the lobby without actually opening it, but I will pass it up the chain.

I appreciate all of your help Xorc1st. I looked into the holdem manager thing tonight and it is now up and running perfectly. I am very impressed. Nice to have someone here responding who really knows whats up.

I'm looking in to Black Chip Poker as it seems to have generous reward system plus free 'Drag The Bar' membership offer. I've been playing NLHE $.0/$1 for two months by now at Full Tilt Poker. Nothing bad there but if I can get higher rakeback plus free training then why not. Before I make my final decision I have few questions for you guys:
1) How long does it take to reach Ace level if playing 6-8 tables $.5/$1NL for 8-10 hours a day? Assuming you get 10pt per $1 raked it shouldn't take long or are the any catches?
2) Is there usually enough 100NL games to run 6-8 tables?
3) And finally are majority of 100NL players tough regs or are there plenty of newbs like myself there? Being green and freesh in poker Im obviously looking for some softer competition.

Appreciate your advice.

I was on rb before they made the change and in two months I would have been Q high. I am K high now after 3.5 months playing mostly nl 100 and nl 200. There is way more than enough to play 6-8 tables and the games are super soft IMO. VIP support is great too.

Can someone explain how sign up bonuses clear? Everyonce in a while I clear a bonus and Ive never been able to pinpoint when its coming.

Normal sign up bonuses are released $1/75 VIP points and released in $5 increments.

Nathan is the man over at BCP. Thought he was just head of VIP, but his signature on emails says "CEO" thought that was pretty cool if he is, and that he responds pretty quick to emails and is very informative. Is he a member on here? Haven't seen him..

I've been hearing that cashouts on certain merge skins coming in the form of some kind of gift card. Any verification on this for Black Chip. Also do you recommend completing the verification process before attempting any kind of cashout? Ive heard some say it speeds things up and others say it didnt matter. Ive got to commend Black Chip. The support on this forum and at via email has been second to none in my opinion. Nate has responded to emails within minutes at time. Also any word when you might accepting US players again. Fish pool is thinning out.
