wish it didn't have to be a complaint

on Monday(10/09/23 I was logged into Ignition Casino. I attempted to register for a poker tournament but got message that registration was no longer open. I attempted to register for a second tournament and the same thing happened. I then checked my account and say that my balance had been debited for the buyin in both cases

I initiated contact with their customer service and all they will way is communicate via chat. their chat function is inoperable at least on my computer

its Friday now. I had played in several online tournaments leading up to this week and did fairly well. yet contact with customer service and dispute resolution really is minimally responsive. and the options for withdrawing money are limited(I don't do crypto)

stay away from Ignition Casino
