It is sad to see that betraiser is still pretty much a ghost town. Are there any efforts being made to boost player traffic?

The software is pretty bad, slow as hell, and can not be resized. Hole cards could also be alot bigger. No timebank etc.

What about buying a software that really works from one of the poker software providers and rebranding Betraiser. Might be a time to try something new.

I just made my account here becouse I have seen a lot in this topic.
I made an withdraw monday on betraiser using neteller.
They said to me that I will receive the money in 24 hours or less.
No problem
on the secound day I have checked my neteller to see if I have the money .Nothing there.
They don t have live chat and I tried on skype there the operator told me that they have some problems sending me the money (When I login into my betraiser the withdraw was in processing after 10 minutes it was again in pending) but for shure I will receive the money next day.
Next day was the same nothing the same answer.
I contacted the support on the site becouse they don t respond to the emails send from my email address , and still nothing.
Thursday they said that is holiday there and they don t work but for shure that they will answer to me and for shure I will receive the money friday.Now is weekend and for shure I will not receive nothing.
And I receive and email from them that sais monday on 21 the tables will not work that means that they will not make payments as well.
Now I know that is not a long period but all of the players that I have asked about that said that they received the money in half a hour 2 hours 1 day not more.
And the support told me the same that I will receive it in 1 day.
I just want an aswer from them I will receive the money or not.
I just PM to Nicole that was on this topic maybe she has an answer.

The software will be down for maintenance and an update, that is correct. Payments don't necessarily depend on the software client though as long as you have already submitted the request.

So basically my money on betraiser is stuck there... I have like €160 on there and I deposited using click2pay

so basically I have to withdraw using click2pay
the minimum to withdraw for US is $1500 so i'm about $1300 short

so is my only option to make like €1030 before cashing out? lol

Open a new thread entitled, "when do I get my money back?".

You could probably deposit the minimum with another payment option (the most common are eWallets like Neteller and MoneyBookers) and cash out with that.

Happy Birthday to ME! I received a Birthday email from 2 plus 2 today which reminded me which email address I registered with been a bit frustrated trying to fix that :-)
